I can't do push-ups with my hands shoulder width appart let alone close together like that! Then again I don't think I could even if I was able to do push-ups as certain *ahem* 'assests' get in the way ^o^

But that woman is amazing. Not only is she doing them like it's the most natural thing in the world, she's as straight as a board! (well posture wise anyway : P)

Perfect posture, excellent speeds and a great smile leads me to only one conclusion. This is a great woman!

I was in the US Army for three years and I never saw a woman do pushups as GREAT as Gro! Most women did very wide handed push ups because it was easier to go up and down and required less arm strength. Gro's hands are way in, like a guys and she has perfect posture. She also goes all the way up and down, unlike the rest of the women, including Katja. Gro is doing PERFECT pushups. Her arm strength is phenomenal!!!!
