Annie, If someday you are serious about painting your wall... I can get into more detail about it. I found a website that tells you how. THE BEST way would be to buy a huge piece of CHROMA FABRIC or paint your wall. You can't film close like you are in this photo (SEE YOUR SHADOW on the right?). To avoid shadows... you stand 4' or more AWAY from the wall. You put lights ON the wall... and then lights on you as well... making sure the wall is 1 color green (no shading at all).

But even after having green behind you, putting lights on the green wall/fabric, putting lights on you, filming in HD (High Definition at least 1280x720 even better 1920x1080), you still need to make sure your video editing software lets you remove that green/blue background and then learn how to do it with the program. Search youtube for: Adobe Premiere Chroma Key Tutorial

You know... They have GREEN PAINT you can buy... paint the wall behind you with the special green paint... then you use your video editing software to remove the background around you to add in whatever you want. It's not the easiest thing to accomplish, but it would be cool to be able to do that. My room isn't big enough... You have to stand probably 5' from the wall (so your shadow don't show on the wall) and you need to use lights to light up the wall so it's 1 shade of green.
