after you done all the stuff in boujou and its all in cinema 4D and then you put the text in what light do you need to put in to make it look like real text not some transparent ish kind of colour if you know what i mean ?

@Riposaa It depends on what effect you are trying to give it. If its a dark map or scene then go for a dark blue or green. If you've got inside a building with lots of light or windows use an overhead softbox to give a glossy professional look. Just keep trying different settings to see which fits best. :D Hope this helps, if you need any more help PM me :)

@Tinteys export your footage as a jpg sequence then track it in boujou then take your tracking data into your 3D program and add the Text with realistic effects then properly render your 3D text with alpha channels then take it into vegas and composite!
