Funny,I have grown up a Seagal Fan,and always will be,even thru his not-so-great flicks.

I have seen most of SUBMERGED,but funny thing is that I dont really remember ever seeing a Submarine in the movie! Although one is prominently shown on the dvd box cover,leading you to believe that the movie centers around,well being on a Sub,lol!

This movie's kind of insulting.

They portray Uruguay as a country with a fierce dictator, lots of drugdealing going on, etc.

At least they could've done it right. They filmed it in Bulgaria XD

Macho el principal problema que hay acá es la droga, es lo único que tiene un bago sentido.

Ahora bien, eso es opacado por el científico loco, el MP4 controla mentes, los carteles en viquingo, los F-22, las piramides, la Opera Nacional de Montevideo y los misteriosos números y reactores nucleares cambiantes en el USS Clinton.

Just me personally, I would not like to see Steven do comedy.... He is an action hero and always will be. Urban Justice, and Pistol Whipped were very good movies (as good as straight to video can be) He needs to keep making more videos like that, not crap like Kill Switch or Submerged. God I watched Kill switch last night, and it was HORRID! His new movie looks very good though. I hope it lives up to its name. Kill Switch looked good from the commericals to.

the film is supposed to be located in Urugauy but they made it in Bulgaria.And some 'spanish' texts such as "schiuzzo" "aperto" than are shown in the movie are actually italian.The guys that made this movie didn't even take the time to do some searchings to give the movie a realistic side.And it's not even a good 'direct to video' movie.Plus,Seagal is fat.

I heard the director of this film experienced the very same things coppola did when he made apocalypse now - the budget forced him to re-mortgage his house (for the sake of his art), in the middle of filming on the navy ship the U.S suddenly needed it back to bomb the shit out of iraq, and the big name actor turned up fat. but when you see the end product - one film is a tribute to the human spirit and the other stars robert duvall.

This trailer was on another Seagal disc, I believe Today You Die, another great laugh fest from Lord Steven. This version seems chopped up a bit.

Oh, the funniest part of Submerged is the fight in kitchen on the sub. Someone needs to post that!
