  • I managed to cut a section of this song for a new ringtone! ^_^

  • just make sure you have it set on loud!

  • Hahaha I know what you mean. I had to increase the decibels without distorting too much before putting it on the phone to get it audible in the lower volumes, and it still sounds like medium volume on the loudest setting.

  • A tremendous accomplishment.

  • really stunning

  • Thanks!

  • Reminds me a bit of Glass or Reich, especially in the first section. Those ostinato patterns made me think of a trembling earth with the build up and tension. That rubato middle section reminds me of night music, and it seemed like a wonderful way to express the aftereffects of the first section. The final waltz section was especially touching. Gorgeous music.

Three sections, three players ... was each player responsible for writing each section?

  • Chris,

Thanks so much for such detailed feedback - we're really flattered!

Can't remember that we composed a section each, but we basically came up with our own parts... the starting point was Gensblue's 2-chord pattern in the beginning, and we just developed it from there.

Have you heard the mp3 version? There's a link in the sidebar, and it's a bit more refined.

    Thanks again!

  • An amazing piece. 3 great ukulele players together at one spot? No wonder the ground trembled!
