The reason the three second rule works is "its purpose". ITs made as an exercise... after enough experience, one gets better. The three second rule gets a person started.. Its about getting enough experience until one doesn't have to worry about all of this... Once a person has the social experience and they understand women a bit more, It wont matter anymore..

Three tips that will benefit both genders when talking to women.
1. Take nothing the woman says seriously, always call her out on what she means when she says something.
2. Tell her she needs to get to the point of what she is trying to imply to you.
3. Ask her is she looking for advice or just wants to blow some steam off when she comes over to talk to you.
This will save both time and frustration from talking to the other gender.
