News reports state that when the landscapers came to the park to do what they do they found numerous kitchen carving knives hidden in the bushes. One black TEA-partier carried an AR to a town hall meeting. He was within his rights to do so. TEA Party was never brutalized by police because they acted as civil adults and knew not to mess with police.
I agree, who would want to feel up a dirty occupier, but no-one wants to feel up a tea-party grandma either, accept the TSA.

These people are sleepless because let's face it it is just not safe to sleep in central park. They have a very good relationship with the police, and they are making this sacrifice to show the rediculous difference between the 1% and the whole rest of us. LOOK at the graff that has just come out. Most of us have an increase of 18% in 40 years, while due to policy changes during that time the 1% has had a raise of over 270%. This is a class war, and this young woman is a soldier.

Their job is to protect the right to peacefully assemble, AND protect victims of rape. TO PROTECT AND SERVE. When they step over the line of their authority, they are denounced as thugs. When they refuse to assist the victim of a horrible crime, that sounds like thug behavior as well!

Walk out of Grand Central midday, go 3 blocks in any direction and you will have walked past literally thousands of beautiful women of every age, ethnicity and shape. Go up to 5th Ave around Rockefeller Center and by the Park, you'll see a thousand candidates for Miss Universe per hour. Bring your checkbook...but this hippie chick, all cleaned up and with make up and nice clothes wouldn't rate a 5 on the scale of women in NYC.

@blogegog Yeah... Circa.(1893) 18K gold pocketwatch. It keeps near perfect time(loses a minute a month). There was a chip on the face and by bringing it to T&C for repair it remains a certifiably original Tiffany and Co pocketwatch. If not for the Initials engraved on the back of the case almost 120 years ago, you would think it was new. I cant even imagine it's worth.

@Ex0dus111 - It's legal to carry a rifle in New Mexico where the Tea Partier had one however there are weapons at OWS in NYC. News reports state that when the landscapers came to the park to do what they do they found numerous kitchen carving knives hidden in the bushes. Any civilian openly packing a firearm in NYC would be dealt with harshly by the NYPD including if necessary shooting them! That's not the case everywhere in the country at least the Tea Party isn't violent like OWS!
