  • I loveeee vegemite :)

  • OMFG! that kid is a coprophagic D:

  • I get all the homages to the 'Australian Way of Life'. Good example of 'Australian Images' at work ;P

  • Arghhh.......how do people eat Vegimite? It tastes sooooo bad

  • @MrZengatzu Because its yummy. Americvans dont have a sense of good taste. I mean really. Some of the food you eat is .. like WTF?!

  • sure its ok but nobody would sanely eat it like THAT imagine all the fucking sodium and crap thats lining the kids arteries. its just unhealthy. the kid looks more like he's got pica or something..

this ad is kinda fake anyway but the real ones on i see on TV arent all that different....

  • Is that a real ad? So weird.

  • Vegemite now funds Islam! The Australian Federation of Islamic Councils has pulled off the scam of the century! Kraft now pay funds to the AFIC for Halal certification. Monies gained from this certification go back into building Australian Islamic schools, new mosques and inevitably their Jihad! There is absolutely no justification for this certification as muslims could quite easily determine if Vegemite is Halal or Haram just by reading the ingredients. SHAME ON YOU VEGEMITE

  • i once tried eating this jar of crap.... and i had a heart attack -.-

  • i feel bad for the kid eating it

  • Oh your poor poor australians.

  • A good ad.

  • e .e kid eating it right out of the jar... that's too much!

  • "Help me put the mover in the ute." Aussies have such a rich lexicon. Always gives me a smirk.

  • No offense, Australia, but it looks like a jar of...I'm laughing too hard and can't finish my sentece! ;])

  • Your suppose to put it on bread and spread very lightly i heard from people who tried it and liked it

  • @rapmonster76 : I wish I had known about this stuff when I was in the Navy. I always loved pulling gags on my shipmates. I would've eaten a sandwich of it on the messdeck in front of everybody, and kept a straight face the whole time. ;])

  • @rapmonster76 Nah you only put a little bit on if you're a wuss.

    Gotta slather it on.

  • Vegemite is disgusting! Like How could you eat that it taste horrible!

  • In Houston, Texas...tried it for the first time...an acquired taste but it's good!

  • does it taste like beer? what kind of beer? if it taste like beer men for sure it doesn't taste that badly hehe i would like to try it i think, theres more bad taste i every tasted they called it "Buro" means "Fermented" and there are diff kind of buro's , the one that i tasted is burong isda, it tast like a vinegar with a taste of left over food for one month and the smell too ,

  • @makoZgetlost Vegemites is salty and it DOES taste a BIT like beer (it's made of yeast). And it's REALLY tasty to add about a teaspoon to a pound of minced/ground beef when making hamburgers.

  • @shmuli9 : BEER? Where can I get some of this stuff? ;])

  • @buzzclick500 It's in most supermarkets. If you can't find "Vegemite", "Marmite" is very similar, though a bit more salty than Vegemite.

  • Ahaha, How wonderful! I love it!

  • I loved Vegemite! I had some while I was in Melbourne and Perth in 2001 and even sneaked back a small jar of it. I would love to get it here in the USA. It tastes like thick soy sauce, but damn, it's good!

  • @ScottACPA Try "World Market" if you have one, I think I've seen it there.

  • im american, i ate some for the first time..... its...eh haha. tastes like old beer kinda (guess because of the yeast)

  • @bwoplooch SO DO NOT TASTE GOOD?? I WANT TO TRY IT,,I HOPE I CAN HAVE IT HERE IN UNITED STATES

  • that kids bad ass

  • what does that mean?

  • is it chocolate... or vegetables... what the fuck is it!?!?! i know its yeast extract, but what does 'yeast' taste like?

  • very salty!

    and delicious!

    certainly not like chocolate!! :D

  • It tastes like beer.

  • if beer tasted like vegemite, i wouldn't drink!

  • i don't like it at all lol

  • its left overs from beer....yeast. it taste like.....bad

  • That's what I've heard is that you'll love it or hate it. Will let you know how I like it after I try it tommorrow. Just got thru working six days in unbearable heat and do not feel like running down to the store today for some bread.

  • This ad makes me want to go out and buy some Vegemite today. As a matter of fact I ordered some online and am anxiously awaiting to try it!

  • lol i just bought some from my local shop :)

  • i have it, it cost me about $16 because it was shipped from England. Still sitting in my cupboard, am a bit chicken to try it out.LOL.

  • Lol its not bad at all . Its really nice .

  • ok you've convinced me, when I go out shopping tommorrow I'll pick up some bread and try it. If I really do like it I hope I can find it in my area. And yes I know how to apply it as I've watched several tutorials about it on youtube.

  • It is quite bitter and has a sharp taste but i can't get enough of it . You either love it or hate it .

  • Well I am no longer a vegemite virgin. Tried it today. You definately have to acquire a taste for it. I don't think that will be a problem for me. What I'll have to do next time I buy some, if i can't find it here in the staes is to order a big tub of it as that will save me some cash. Thanks for talking with me about this wonderful product.

  • No problem mate . But is it not illegal in America ?

  • No it's not illegal here in the states, that was a rumor that started, something about the folic acid in it, but it was never declared illegal. Don't know why it was never marketed here I think it woulld sell very well. The only thing I hate about ordering it overseas is the shipping is so outrageous, that's why next time I buy some I'll get a big quantity. Thanks again mate.

  • bought some on amazon. shipping was pretty low for 12 jars.

  • once you start eating it you keep craving it.
