It's great that Melbourne is multicultural, I'm behind that 100 percent, but there are limits. For example, if I can't understand what our mayor is saying half the time because he hasn't even fully grasped the language properly, that's a pretty clear indication that Australia is not a multi-cultural country, so much as it is one big cluster of every other countries bits and pieces.
I guess the same could be said for most Australians given Australia is owned by the Queen and most Australians don't know how to speak the Queen's English properly.
