If I sped it up, wouldn't the camera be moving around very fast? Unless I had a tripod in which I don't. That was filmed on a 7.1 MP digital camera. But hey think what you want. I guarantee that no one else thinks that because they can tell the difference.

I had a Lucky board in that ION. I'm pretty sure most aftermarket boards have training mode but not sure. Download the manuals for them and look. Or ask on ionowners.
Training mode is 1/2 a cycle used for if you just want to mess around and dry fire without wasting air. Demo mode is a full cycle, but it also uses the eye system too. When there is NOTHING in the breech, it will fire. When a ball (or something) enters the chamber, it will not fire. Safety reasons. Both the modes are just for showing off or practising.
