Definately a brake check by Rossi which he even indirectly admitted to, the only reason you brake check someone is when you know and stress that you're about to be overtaken, especially in the final 2 laps and crucial moment of the race, don't get me wrong, i hold upmost respect for Rossi and i take my helmet off to the young man and i do believe at the end of the day the best man wins.
