Yeah the terminal design is very similar. On note of the runway and taxiways of course they are similar, most new airports, especially in the Middle East are based on the two parallel widely played runways layout. It's very practical for safety and makes adding another parallel runway easy.
A real major problem if it goes over capacity! :D
