Fantastic video. Brilliant quality. The only thing I would like to see altered is the volume of the music. Personally I think it gets in the way of the steam & train sounds especially towards the end...But hey I appreciate the time and effort you put into travelling, getting the shots and sitting down and editing it all. Thanks, the music is one of those things you either love or hate, I will only ever add music to these year end compilations and as all the clips are from previous full videos most people will have seen them with only the train sounds

Just amazing, no words... This took my breath! I've never ever, seen a better steam video, since I started to watch YouTube. A fantastic complication, gorgeous music, and some really amazing footage! Just fantastic, pure joy to watch, and a real privilige. This video is so good you could have shown it to the Queen! One of my biggest favourites so far, and a definte thumbs up, and 10/5.

Without a doubt this is simply the best film of steam engines I have ever seen on youtube - or for that matter anywhere else. What a wonderful atmospheric collection of clips to remind us of days gone by and how the railways used to be.

Thanks Alan, I just add the music in the editing stage and tweak it as necessary. If you let YT add their sound you will lose the original

You just import the music track into Movie Maker and then add to your footage, trimming where necessary, it's basically the same as editing video clips
