  • Best of 5d

  • Great video keep up the good work.

  • I really love this

  • slow down your frame rate too. no need to film in 30 fps. 24 fps will give it a much more filmy/glossy look.

  • Would have been mind blowing if you changed the WB settings. Crazy how much this lens sees at night.

  • Great video keep up the good work.

  • I'm glad I don't live anywhere near that shit-hole!

  • More like custom WB

  • no IS = useless

    85mm on a 1.6 crop without IS and no other stabilizer/tripod ?

either sell the lens , or buy a studio

  • @panadevulpe Why sell this? This thing is a monster, of the best lens Canon makes. I'm thinking he wouldn't use this on video because the DOF is too shallow. It would be totally impractical if you're just gonna use it to shoot at f/2.8. If he would be using this photographically he won't need IS because it has a plenty big aperture. Real big.

  • @panadevulpe its ok, you obviously don't know shit, all your videos are shit anyways. don't listen to this fag.

  • dont drop it

  • 1000, Stars. I like your post...!!

  • thats some insane shallow D.O.F 1.8 is the largest iv got cant afford a 1.2 :(

  • WB is off. use tungsten setting.

  • @claykwan Why would you use tungsten? That would just create a very blue image. WB can not be turned off. In this footage, my guess is that it was on auto WB, witch is smart to have for night shooting.

  • @claykwan maybe he wanted the WB to be off so it creates that colour????

  • @claykwan I would probably do a custom white balance off of a gray card. The lights are probably not tungsten.

  • @erayboul Street lights on average are tungsten, but you are right, it it better to use a custom white balance most of the time.

  • @erayboul Best way is to leave the white balance as flat as you can so you have more range to edit it in post

  • more like a $2000+ lens.

  • @zreau plus a $2000 camera

  • @zreau

    yes it $2k+ lens

    very expensive....

  • @zreau

yes it is. its about $2300 here in Australia

  • @zreau "it could be the old FD mount 85mm f1.2

alot cheaper and you can still find them around ocasionally"

  • That's quite incredible. Congratulations on the quality of your equipment.

  • wow thats so great! what is the ISO ????
