Yeah that was sad and I really got to say, they went with the Wonder Years ending here. All these seasons and at the end Dawson doesn't get the girl. Not horrible but certaintly more realistic to that love is tough and doesn't always work out the way you planned. Great show though.

The final episode was like, 4-5 years later. Jen had a relationship with someone that resulted in a child being born - the dad didnt' stick around.

Jen had some kind of heart condition...that's all i remember.
