I would not say Singed is about to steal every kill, he does nice damage too, i played last game when 5 guys tryed to chase me as Singed, they all got -50% hp from my poison trail and then my mates come and we score ace :)

@ToxicBankai it was a team battle. there's NO ks in team battles in my opinion. unless it is an intentional steal by a team mate.

it's so annoying when people cry "ks" in team battle just because they want a double (or whatever) kill. you will not even get a kill without your team in the first place.

LoL/Dota/HoN is a team game, instead of focusing on number of kills, focus on how to blend with your team, and I'm 100% sure, you will win most of your games.

No not with singed, but there are other heroes where I feel like that is the case. For me they would be fiddlesticks, and heimerdinger. Especially heimer. When I play him I feel like I do such negligible damage and I start with a standard rune page with magic pen, like around 25 ap, and mana regen. Then other people play him and I feel like their damage is just broken as shit and the turrets get you so low in like 5 shots.
