After I gave the herbal medicine to ill person he got ill again. WHen I talk to him issun says sometihng like : If you don't wake up I will give a whack or something like that. What am I suppose to do now? I already headbutt him, slay him, bomb him, etc.

You need an item (I don't remember it's name xP), you can buy it with Demon Fangs from the emperor.

Yep, you need the Golden Lucky Cat for items and money to be drawn to you. Its an Artifact which you can buy from Kiba for 50 Demon Fangs. Kiba is located in Agata Forest.

Kaguya will give you the Fire Tablet in Sasa Sanctuary after freeing her from the Palace. Just keep following the story and she should run off sometime to Sasa.
