  • how does he get his mouth to move out of syn with the words? AMAZING LEADER

  • Remember when $40 billion seemed like it mattered??

  • @bearcat81 LOL!

  • Mitt Romney: The Republican version of Michael Dukakis.

  • A bunch of local customers were waiting to get their hair cut too were listening to his blabbering mouth as it is typical for a barber! This guy who was a retired marine, a very large man with a square head asked everyone “who are you gonna vote for?” Most of them said Bush; he replied just like a bully, “Hell yeah, we aint gonna vote for a Greek, and looked at me! We don’t need no Greek to run this country.” I said I don’t get into politics and paid him and left and never saw him since.

  • I was in Little Rock during the 1988 elections, and just a few weeks prior to November's Election Day, I visited the local barber for a third time to get my hair cut. He knew I was from the north; he called me a damn Yankee! I did not care because i was not about to get into an argument with him. As I sat on the barber's chair and he started cutting my hair, he brought up the election’s topic.

  • Holy eyebrows Batman.

  • did you guys noticeMan Dukakis debating voice sounds familiar... ITS BARACK OBAMA's stylee of talking...thats were he got it from..haha but Dukakis is way beyond barack change bridge and frankly that scumbag BUSH Sr shoulda lost..But thats wat republican like ..oh well.. there goes the people's poor votes ..again !.I wonder wat it wud be like if RON PAUL ran as republican then?..

  • And then he got in the tank . . .

  • LOL whats funny is that even though the sound and the video do not match here, with Dukakis it doesnt need to...his expression never changes anyway, so in this case it doesnt matter!

  • The Mush`s like Reagan were great great spenders.

  • @Tippersnore You spelled Reagan wrong, it's spelled O-B-A-M-A.

  • this dumb sob turned out murders from prison so they could murder again.

  • I highly doubt because as a Liberal, he is part of the problem as Ive been saying, Liberals have a 'two wrongs equal a right" mentality. they don't believe in the best qualified person getting a job,no matter what their race and gender are, they believe in big government overregulations bullying employers whom they should hire. JFK said he didn't want the talents of ANY AMerican to to waste, and unfortunately, all modern day democrats think about is diversity, not caring about qualifications...

  • at least he didn't make america weak and dumb like jimmy carter

  • WOW!! I wonder how long it took for Dukakis' people to come up with that one liner. What a loser, and the voting results show it.

  • Dukakis had a very lame look

  • Good old Michael "I Look Like an Ass In This Tank" Dukakis

  • Celebrating Mike Dukakis' greatest moment in the '88 campaign is akin to highlighting France's greatest military achievement in June 1940.

  • @JoltinDjango LOLOL!! Good one!!

  • @JoltinDjango lol ! Dukakis what a douchebag actuallt Ducacasses greatest moment was when he was O.K. with someone raping and murdering his wife ...But hey he's a democrat !

  • @617AV86892 Interesting because the Republicans are always whining that Democrats get special treatment by the media, but Dukakis got asked the most difficult question in the history of presidential debates (the moderators never directed the question at Bush). I'm an Independent BTW so I'm not a fan of either party, but I do know that Republicans are hypocrites and crybabies.

  • @sean2015 That was back in 1988 long before the liberal imbeciles who dare call themselves reporters. Back then it leaned left but overall in the media it was pretty close to even. Now you have Hollywood and the so called Media acting like the propaganda arm of the Obama cult.

  • @sean2015 that's true... now even the republican majority leader is known for being falling down drunk and balling like a little girl on national tv... then again, arent most republicans like crying little girls? no wonder no hot women sleep with them

  • @JoltinDjango Dukakis wasn't actually the one who started the furlough program, it was done by Francis Sargent (a Republican governor) back in the 1970s. The 1988 Bush campaign was the nastiest and dirtiest campaign in history. Of course the Republicans loved talking about Willie Horton but didn't want to hear about Angel Medrano, a convicted heroin dealer who was furloughed from a federal prison during the Reagan administration and raped and murdered a woman while on furlough.

  • @JoltinDjango Well, seems you're rather short of military knowledge and history, as Frances greatest military achievements was saving the Colonials in newly formed America from the British, then going on to invade, occupy and liberate the majority of Europe, not to mention that they are documented in history for winning WW1... and be lucky the Soviets took Berlin and won the European campaign, or you would be better educated, in German, but never the less.

  • @JoltinDjango true good analogy but the French did fight valiantly and hard in that spring campagin and lost a lot of men in defense of there nation. Its a myth and a fallacy that they didn't fight hard or ran for the hills.

  • My god... why did everyone have to criticize him because of friken TV ADS. He's my great uncle... i did an interview on him for a school project and he said he would of changed a lot of the thing's he said, but people didn't understand what would've gone through unless they saw it now-adays of why it was a mistake.

  • People need to watch the debates more than the damn advertisements. Seriously they bashed Michael Dukakis so bad it was rediculous. Ever since 1980, that has been the republicans game plan,

  • @jayNicks10 Yep. I can't help but wonder if Lee Atwater's tragic illness and death in 1991 was God's punishment for the the most despicable, disgusting, and unforgiveable campaign in recent history. Atwater acknowledged his errors when he was dying, but the rest of the Republican hacks have continued to thrive on the tactics used in this campaign: FEAR, DISTORT, & DECEIVE (oh, and wave the flag!).

  • Dukakis was a sorry ass and not worthy of the presidency...mister iM TOUGH on crime but I let WIllie Horton on a weekend furlough to go rape more...

  • @3dartistguy Willie Horton was one of the amazing things that Lee Atwater pulled off. The program that furloughed him was in place long before Dukakis even got into office, yet they blamed him for it.

It was the perfect example of using the scary black man trope to assassinate someone's character.

    Come on now.

  • They Blameed Dukakis for it because he was the governor who personally signed oiff on Willie Horton's liberty pass! And as Governor, Dukakis's failiure for ending the program when he could have is another reason for blaming him for the rape and murder that Willie Horton committed while on his weekend furlough. It didn't matter whether Horton was white or black. You're using the race card is just another typical example of the double standard that you liberals use to attack the GOP.

  • @3dartistguy Ahh...finally! A voice of reason on YouTube!!

  • Dukakis was the one who set Horton free again to rape and murder on a weekend pass...why shouldnt he be blamed for that? This has NOTHING to dow with race. Would it really matter if Willie Horton was white? The race card that is used today is for the defenders of Affirmative Action which keeps qualified, educated, talented skilled white males like me unemployed. Oh, but for some reason, its non racist for the less qualified minority get a job just to fill a racial quota...

  • @3dartistguy Trust me dude, you're not as good, nor as educated, nor as talented as you think you are.

Just because you fail at getting a job, doesn't mean it's the other guy's fault.

I mean, I've been steadily employed for the last 15 years and have done exceptional for myself.

Maybe you're just lazy? I have a feeling that's the case.

  • yeah, dude, thats right, thats why I joined the Navy, been on four or five deployments, earned my BA degree in Fine Arts, received multiple awards and medals for my graphic work but I never said I was a Picasso or a Rembrant, but Ive only seen other less qualified, less talented people get jobs in the civilian world because of their race and have had civilian employers ask what my non-relevant race and gender are so they can fill a big government racial and gender quota, its because im lazy....

  • @3dartistguy Why shouldn't be be blamed for that? Because Massachusetts' furlough program was modeled on the one RONALD REAGAN introduced in California.

  • yeah, blame it all on Ronald Reagan for a Liberal tax and spend politican for releasing a convict so he could be released so he could go out and rape again...that was Dukakis's mistake and why I thank God almight he ws NEVER elected to the presidency.

  • @3dartistguy You know what, it's not like someone came up to him and said, "Governor, we'd like you to release this scary lookin' rapist and murderer for a weekend."

The weekend furlough policy he signed off on was the same one they were using in the California penal system after changes made by then governor Reagan.

Also, hate to break it to you, but even the most perfect president ends up killing people with mistaken command decisions. Nature of the job. (CoC)

  • Im sure therer must have been a review process of Horton's potential to committ rape and murder again if he was released. They probably gave even more lienency because he was black than anything else. Dukaks as the governor, was responsible, he and he alone was responsible for the rape and murder that Horton committed, not Ronald Reagan. If he signed off on any plan that came from California, which I highly doubt, than he could have made changes since he was the governor of that, not Reagan.

  • @3dartistguy You're sure? The program was instituted under Gov. Sargent (R) and the ruling that first-degree-murderers were eligible came from the Massachussets Supreme Court.

Get the facts before being "sure."

  • YEs, Im sure. Massaschuesetts is one of the Most liberal states in the whole union. They have the highest taxes, the biggest state government controls, etc, and just like Affirmative Action giving favortism towards less qualfiied minorities in jobs, they probably favor minority convicts for these weekend furlough's no matter what they did. Stop trying to blame it on Republican politicans, it was a Liberal Democrat who let Willie Horton go out to rape and murder again, and that was DUKAKIS.!

  • @3dartistguy Saying that Dukakis let Willie Horton go is like blaming the Constitutional Convention for the Virginia Tech massacre, or Ronald Reagan for the violent crackdown on the reformist movement in Iran.

All instituted policies that, among their unintended consequences, resulted in deaths, but the social benefit was considered worth the experiment.

retirementliving(dot)com/RLstate2.html If you'll look, you'll see Minnesota has higher state income, gasoline, and sales taxes.

  • He WAS the man in charge, the governor. Letting Willie Horton go free to go rape and murder again for a whole two days did not result in any social benefit of any kind...you wouldn't be saying that if you were Willie Horton's unfortunate victims. Affirmative Action is also not a good social experiment either. It creates divisions, jealously and hatred among the races when one group enjoyes preferences over the other especially when they are picked just because of their race and less qualified.

  • @3dartistguy You know, I've seen you as the only one bringing up affirmative action.

They say a fanatic is a person who can't change his mind and won't change the subject.

Also, it's not called a liberty pass.

Also, the unemployment rate in the US is 9%. That's 8% for whites and 16% for blacks. You really think that if there weren't affirmative action, your seventh-percentile ass would suddenly be employed?

  • Im not afraid to speak my mind against Affirmative Action. Most people are afraid because they don't want to be branded somehow a racist. I don't see how its racist at all to be true equal opprotunity and the best qualified person for getting a job instead of the least qualified just because of their race and gender. And yes, I do believe that it wasn't for Reverse Discrimination which Affirmative Action really is, a highly educated, skilled former servicemember would be employed.

  • @3dartistguy I'm going to let your spelling, grammar and syntax speak for themselves as to your education. It's a shame. If Dukakis had been elected, maybe unemployment might not hurt the unemployed to the same extent.

Republicans also would've been forced to address the issues instead of making cynical racial appeals to the intellectually lazy, which is a sad thing to see from the party of Lincoln.

  • oh, no, we shouldn;t blame the guy in charge at the time for letting Horton go and rape and murder for a whole two days....no just blame some Republican president whom you hate ..you wouldnb;t be saying that if you were one of Horton's victims. There is social benefit for allowing a convict go free to rape and muder again, anymore there is for Affirmative Action to institute Reverse Discrimination agains the White Majority when they loose out to less qualified minorities because of quotas.

  • And who's lying dead in a cemetary in Columbia SC. Payback is a...

  • I didn't know Dukakis HAD a "greatest moment"... come to think of it, I STILL don't think he had one!

  • He looks like Max Weinberg.

  • It's "Joe Isuzu".

  • WOW he dukakis looks like a puppet , his lips don't even move, so glad bush beat him

  • @fredpopper1 yeah, corporatists and those who want to lower taxes on the wealthy are such great human beings, huh? F !

  • @Claronium780 Awww, you want to raise taxes on those EVIL "wealthy" don't you?? - that way their hard earned money can be redistributed to bums like you!

    F for sure. Get job.

  • @bibbler227

    "Get job."

    lmfao

  • this bored me

  • I hate debates. They aren't debates; they are memorized bull. This one, too.
