@23hiyo symbiotes reproduce asexually, so there's no gender. however, carnage is venom's offspring. the new spiderman game introduces Anti-venom, an offspring of carnage which eddie brock becomes host for. anti venom is known for his 'cure' ability and can suck away powers from hero/villains permanently but doesn't get to ues their powers. there's also a new ultimate spiderman comic starring a new spidey.

From the comics that ive read like Maximum Carnage back in the 90s (which is a great arc if you havent read it, go get it now!!) he had a regualr build. He had some muscle to him though. He was cut.
