Started working steadily in front of a pc 6 months ago and have been extremely exhausted ! Every day...and most of the day. On my days off I sleep 10-14 hours. Only then do I feel refreshed. This past week I've noticed a severe irritable attitude/mood...without any exterior event promoting it. Just was thinking about it the last few days and thought it could be pc related...so I got back on a pc and started investigating...thank you for the research!
