People do it all the time, unfortunately some of the less organised one night cups which are hosted every week have corrupt admins who either hack themselves or are friends with hackers playing, so no action is taken. CB is corrupt too, that's because all the admins are complete dog shit and don't have any hint of intelligence within their whole being.
