great recipe! What about icecream sandwich cookies? Use low carb ice cream and stick in freezer until set up firm. Yum! Thanks for the recipe! I might even experiment and try 0 carb protein powder instead of the flour. Hmmm...I see another recipe video coming! LOL.

Have you ever mixed cream cheese with sugar free cheesecake "jello" pudding??? That would be an amazing fill for your cookies Try it!!
