that's just horrible. Wax isn't for polishing it serves as a protectant. Also, using a dremel is not very wise and would take you a year to wax or polish the vehicle with that thing.

Clean the car first, use something abrasive, then wax it by hand!

@m0bov There are plenty of waxes that have a light abrasive. Light scratches can easily be buffed out with such products.

i think he's just a bit obsessed with his dremel to be honest. but to be fair i dont think rubbing wax into dirty paintwork is gonna do much good!

I would recommend washing vehicle first so you can avoid contaminating the wax and putting more scratches.

Wouldn't some Megs #80 on a finishing pad via rotary or DA polisher be much better for the paintwork instead of a dremel and wax?
