How does it feel? Is it loud? I intend to buy it these days and I would appreciate if u answer. From what I see it is quite a good product and of course the sound recorded with the cam isn't really the true noise made by the fan. I want to buy 2 of these to put them in front of my Antec Three Hundred. What do u think?
Actually, I bought one of these to test...and they seem very loud compared to the Noctua Fans. So I have returned the magma instead of Noctua. It is true that the intake air is very high and powerful, but noisy. Cheers.
@patrick0907 This is just not true. They are loud at full speed 1500 RPM, but what fan isn't at that speed? At that speed they have much better airflow, than any other fan at 1500RPM, and what is more important - static pressure. RPM without static pressure are for nothing.
Noctua has fan at 1300 RPM, but at same speed, they are almost equal. What is more important, I would say under 1000 RPM, Magma is starting to be better than any other fan, no other fan has so good airflow/noise ratio.
Is it loud? I'm planning to get it too cause of high performace but ill have 3 of them on a double and a single radiator on top of my pc and it shouldnt be too loud...
@demizerone That's exactly what I thought. All the places I went said "4-pin to 3-pin" included rather than "4-pin Molex to 3-pin". Makes since to have molex plugs since they are not PWM.
two of these + true black = win

Thanks a bunch, I wanted to get a look at those rubber mounts. Just what I hoped they looked like, that saved me 20 dollars.

Exactly what I needed to see. I could not find any information anywhere on the power connector type. Thank you.
