  • I love this and it works really well. Someone made a video and she put fibers on it. It was so distracting from the beauty of it. It made it quite ugly. This is a "mini" that needs very little embelishments. Thank you!

  • thank you for the tutorial..I've been looking for this one forever..

  • Great tutorial, thanks!

  • Constructive criticism follows. The videos are a little long and a little too slow to follow. If there is any way you could shorten them I think it would receive more following. I find myself fast forwarding through much of it and then just stopping it all together after a few minutes.

  • @vevelye Sorry not trying to spam >.<! I didn't think it was submitting my comments.

  • Thank you very much for the tutorial! I love it! You really helped me!

I hope you'll have more paper projects to share with us! Thanks! ^_^

  • it dosnt fit photos and i used 12x12 paper

  • @fishergirl8701 What size Photos where you using? You will need to cut them to fit the insert.

  • A very cool idea for a make it - take it demo for my next crop. Thanks!

  • Hello! I'm just wondering...I live in Malaysia and here they don't sell 12x12 paper so...can I use A4 paper instead...and they also don't sell bone folder so what can I use....can you please give me suggestions

    pls reply soon!

    Aliesya

  • @liesya98 Hi, A4 paper is going to be way to small for this project... If you have some 8 1/2 x 11 paper maybe you could cut it to 8x8 you would have a very small wallet though. You can use the end of a butter knife for a bone folder.. The handle part. or the back of a comb. Do you have any scrap booking stores in Malaysia?

  • @stampingholly Yes..they do..but I check every store...... they don't sell bonefolder :(...by the way thanks for the suggestions and thanks for the reply.. :D

  • @liesya98 Can you order online from a Store and have some paper shipped to you?

  • @stampingholly hmmm..that will be expensive............

  • @liesya98 - instead of a bone folder, you could use basically anything that is handy and flat. . . I've seen people use popsicle or craft sticks, credit cards (glued together some of the fake ones that are sent out to get the extra strength), and even one video had a dull dinner knife. Once, I used a pen that was out of ink and another time I used a small little book - and it worked both times ; )

  • Wow...This was great! Thanks for sharing.

  • Thank you so much for the great info...

  • Hey, just wondering, could I use a steel butter knife for a bone folder??

  • @thunderbird3131 I think you could if you used the flat side and not the side with the ridges..

  • thanks for showing me how to make it

can you please make more to show me

  • I just made this and it actually worked the very first time! Usually I manage to mess things up and have to start all over at least once...not this time! Thanks for the great directions.

  • I love it!!! Easy and cute!!!I made 2 in less than 10 minutes... Thank you so much!!!

  • Thank you SO much for this! I really appreciate it. Your verbal instructions are terrific.

  • This is one of my favorite videos. To make the wallet a little more durable and moisture resistant I coated it front and back 3 times with gloss mod podge. I used a sponge brush to apply the mod podge. I tried regular bristle brushes but they seemed a bit to harsh and didn't give me the coverage I wanted. Hope this helps. Thanks for the awesome video.

  • @grj0015 Great idea to make it more sturdy.

  • @grj0015 did you coat it before you folded it into a wallet or before?

  • @grj0015 Did you coat it before you folded it into a wallet or before?

  • @vevelye Wow took me a while to see this. I coated it before I folded the wallet. Also wait until the glue is completely dry (several hours to whole day, depending on how many coats), otherwise you'll have to open the pockets occasionally to prevent them from sticking to eachother permantly. I learned this the hard way and ruined 10 photo wallets I had stored together in a drawer, with a rubberband around them.

  • @vevelye Sorry I am just now seeing this. I coated it before I did any of the folds. Also if you coat it front and back more than once be sure to let the mod podge dry completely. If not your pockets will stick together. Learned from personal experience.
