  • good luck with recovery. i had big problems gettin back to training after i broke my lower back, L3 and L4. just takes time and patience. im lucky though, i have made a full recovery and im thankful

  • Have you tried getting some therapy? I had sports massage 4 times a week with 3 session of ultrasound and physiotherapy to get rid of my lower back problems and now i am like new.

  • Lower back injures SUCK! FUCKING SUCK! so after each squat day do u feel any aggrivation in ur lower back? tightness or watever? ulook like u have some good genetics.. i wonder wat ud lift if u didnt get the injury

  • Thank you for your comment, I also wonder what I would be able to lift without the injury. I do have tightness in my lower back after squats but doing rack pulls has helped a lot.
