Donkey... This is a video demonstrating a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Competitor at a No-Gi tournament (key word) "tournament". Disrespectful?? YOU are direspectful to intellectual people who tag their videos so that one can find them easier on YouTube. If I'm correct this video doesn't have the tag "Self Defense" or "real fight" in it. So type in "Self Defense" Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and find a video that will tickle your fancy.

Self defense in a real fight were the reasons for which BJJ was invented, if this video is not showing that, as you well said, then it's not a video about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it's a dance discipline with some BJJ influences, and slow motion jumps.
