Also, Marc and J-Lo did not use the original tracks of Lavoe (only on the final credits) therefore it was not on their agenda to pay residuals to Hector's Estate (if he had one) or his surviving loved ones. It was a preposterous thing to do. God took care of that. They will never compensate that money they lost for the glory aimed towards Marc. With that said figure it out.

The movie was good and I adored the fact that Marc Anthony portrayed Hector Lavoe. It was also wonderful how Puerto Rican life and Santeria were depicted in the movie. My complaint is there was TOO MUCH Puchi! This was supposed to be a vehicle for Anthony, not Lopez. Now we'll need another Hector Lavoe biopic to get the real feel for the man. I felt like it was the Puchi Show.

Why is everyone hatin on jen and marc. This movie is based on Ms Nilda Perez or "puchy". It is bringing back the forgotten music of Hector Lavoe.
