I tend to think of the Sniper's weapons like this: the Huntsmen isn't better or worse than the sniper rifle. It's just a different kind of weapon. The people who call it the "cuntsmen" are just sore because they keep getting killed by it. You'd say the same thing from a sniper rifle, just with a different derogatory term. Like "Ass Wiper Rifle".

the sniper rifle is a high skill weapon yes,but not only that. it holds the highest skill "requirement".

huntsman is still a pretty hard weapon to frag with compared to a rocket launcher, flame thrower,sticky spammer, or minigun.

and dust bowl is just a shit map. its possible to spam anything when the entire team is charging in one general direction.

People tend not notice one thing about the huntsman, It harder to back stab a sniper who has one without getting killed because he's out on the front lines with his team and is always moving. Sniper rifle users tends to hide further away from the front line and away from any backup just in case of a spy. Easy kill for a spy.

I think the hunstman is overpowered because anyone can get kills with it by spamming arrows at the general direction of the enemy, it takes no skill at all. That being said you actually have good aim compared to others i have seen using it.

Huntsman Sucks, you're lucky there no enemy sniper and no enemy spy (I mean good sniper and good spy)

For instance, a good sniper need 0.2 second to shot your head, and a good spy can run to your spawn room without be killed

@orthografe unless you are playing 6v6 competitive tf2 snipers dont shoot like that, and also the game prevents you from going into the enemy spawn room, and a good spy doesnt spawn camp, but prioritizes targets and takes out the biggest threats while helping his team accomplish the objective.

I just don't like the Huntsman. It's just too easy to dodge. With the Sniper Rifle, it's a hitscan, and you can't dodge a hitscan. With the Huntsman, it a physical model (the arrow) with a hitscan on the end of it. It's flawed, to say the least. Besides, 90% of the kills in this video were 100% luck, and don;t even try to claim that it was skill. Take at 3:23. You took a crap shoot there, and there was a 50-50 chance of you even hitting that guy.
