  • Who else sees the kilt advertisement in the corner? XD

  • I have a fur piece just like that!!! It was my grandmothers but I can never find anything to wear it with.

  • You are SOOOO creative! :)

  • I dont see a video identifying that godfather of thrift stores. Where is it???

  • I looooove the Vivian Tam dress!!!!! i will ibox you my address and you can send it to me....

  • Why am I just now discovering you?!!??!!!!!

  • I have the same opinion as you in terms of vintage fur! Still haven't actually bought any myself, but I've come to terms with the idea of it. ;)

Great finds in this video! I'm jealous of the jewelry especially--I can only wear sterling silver or gold against my skin (I'm allergic to nickel!!), but usually when I find rings and necklaces in stores or online that are reasonably priced, they're made from cheap metal... It's so limiting!!

  • haha, right when i walked out of the room when i was done wathing this vid, my dad sayed, " im gonna go to the thrift store:, im like well i just got done with a vid about thrift store shopping. how funny:)

  • i agree with you completely on the fur thing, I would NEVER buy new fur, i don't really like the idea of wearing fur anyways, but my grandma had this old fox fur cape thing from when she was a child and she gave it to us and its so pretty. but i'd probably never war it lol

  • omg i thaught the first dress was ,tbh, god awful... but on you it looked SPECTACULAR!

  • OMGGGGGGG IVE ALWAYS WANTED THOSE COCO CHANEL EARINGS!!!!! OMG LOVE THEM LOVE THEM HAHA <3 SLDJDÑLKJASASADF

  • Wow the comment above *@diseasedrealm * was soooo unnecessary . What a Troll -_- anyways your gorgeous :)

  • American eat more meat than any other country, if they are killing animals to eat them hy not tan the hide and wear it too. I can understand killing animals strictly for fur purposes. I like buying used fur, its still on the market being circulated. Rather than buying a new fur coat, that will have to be order again to fill the space. Buying used fur is a saving an animals life. I like eating animals and I like the way the fur feels.

  • Your So , Hot .

  • Ha Grow an ass then There Awesome Ha

  • love your thrift hauls

  • I'm against buying leather as well as fur :-/

But I honestly understand what u mean by buying vintage fur and I still have respect for u :)

  • @Glamorrous The beauty of this world is that you are, of course, entitled to your own opinion! XO

  • I think i need a ring to get people in line.lol xD

  • I love your videos and i think that your tattoo is pruddy;) you got those scissor hand.chi

  • it still amazes me how there can be such STUPID AND RUDE people out there who think that just because they cant be seen they can say whatever they want! seriously if THEY feel like they can do alot better why arnt they posting videos up!! it takes a lot of courage to do that w/o having these idiots bashing on great people like you. Although i dont have the same taste in clothing as you, im not going to start criticizing you knowing perfectly well that we all have our own insecurities.

  • Girlie, you are so awesome on this video! This is the third vid of yours I have watched! I learned to shred my jeans from you, and you inspired me to share my own thrifty finds on my channel- I am uploading as we speak! You present yourself well and are very knowledgeable about how to go on "the hunt,"as I call it! Do you have a Goodwill Clearance Center? I talk about it on my vid I'm uploading now. Clothes are .99 a pound! Big hugs to you!

  • you should turn the jean legs into a hand bag :)

  • Colour change = When you held up the black blazer the white balance of your camera changed. I don't know if this makes sense to you, but all cameras have a white balance (meaning the colours change in comparison to each other). I don't know, google it xD

  • NO WAY! I bought (what looks like) the exact same buckle bracelet at a "antique" thrift store in Concord, MA last month. Spoooooky!

  • and her tattoos are amazing and makes her unquie (:

  • @diseaseddrealm your just jealous you cant pull off natural beauty like her,she looks awesome without and with make up and her personality is awesome so go crawl back into the cave you came out of

  • @diseasedrealm Your personality sounds ugly....I am fairly certain that is much worse than everything you have listed about me. SUCKS

  • @itsblitzzz

It becomes ugly yes, when im speaking to ugly women who are too into their self with little to show for it.

  • @diseasedrealm Wow. You can call a 'bent up nose' character or fix it with surgery but you sound like a classicist snob. Apparently, no one ever taught you the proper way to treat other people. There's nothing pretty about treating people with disrespect and making negative comments about the way other women look. Trashing other people is disgusting and no surgeon can fix a disgusting personality.

  • @diseasedrealm who the fu.ck are YOU to say all that about her!?!? I think she looks like a model with a perfect voice and hair...do you feel better making fun of people? I know your ugly and fat (nothing against fat people, I've dated "big" and small girls and boys) and have no life...your the only one who had a problem with the way she looks. And that's what YOU think about her over millions of people who love and think shes pretty as hell. And again keep all the hate to yourself please,

  • @diseasedrealm you know what if you dont have anyhting nice to say than dont say anything at all sheesh

  • @diseasedrealm omg I just saw this comment. and I couldnt help but think what did the poor girl ever do to you to deserve that comment??

I like her she seems very artistic and she is very attractive.

  • I completely get the shorts thing!! I have really small legs too and the thighs/butt never fit! :( i always wondered why they dont just make jeans, then cut them off in the factory :p

  • I love thrifting! and I just wanna say ur tattoos are amazing! i've kinda always liked tattoos!

  • You actually MAKE me wanna go hit up some thrift stores, ive never done that before!! Awesome! :)

  • wow you got some really cute stuff awesome!

  • "idk why this is happening, but anyways ... whats going on, this is so bizarre.."

Loved this vid despite the antique-y lighting = D

  • I have a extra camera that was about 400 bucks that I would so love to do a trade for , not 400, but i really want to get some inglot , and some other kinds of makeup but dont have the $ but I do have tons of stuff to trade , swap , I have the same kind of taste you do , but I so love to rock bright pink , it is my thing and i love it , you rock girly and I so wish you lived in cleveland I would so love to have you as a friend , we have so very much in common , have a pink rainbow day

    georgia

  • Love your vintage goodies! Im jealous because we dont have much thrift stores! Hehe

  • I don't want to be rude but usually the word 'Vintage' refers to an item that is about 30 years old or older. A thrift store refers to a store like Goodwill, Salvation Army etc. that takes donations of clothing. A consignment store is a place where people sell their used items to the store and they usually have nicer and designer pieces. A vintage store usually contains items that are 30 years old or older that have been sold to the store or that store employees have purchased for the store.

  • @slutsandwhores4ever I am aware of the differences between second hand and vintage clothing. That is why the title of this video says thrift store AND vintage haul....There are plenty of authentic vintage pieces in this video including most of the jewelry and all of the purses.

  • wowww you're amazing!!

  • do you wear UGGS?

  • do you have a video on how to spike your own clothes if not you should make one!!!

  • @rocknrollbaby71492 I will be uploading a series on DIY studding beginning sometime next week!

  • You definitely scored! My respects!

  • When I was a baby, my grandmother gave me a mink teddy bear. He's been with me my entire life and although sometimes I think it's sad that an animal had to die for him to exist, I would never get rid of him. The way I see it is since it already happened, if i were to throw away the teddy bear, that animal died for absolutely no reason. At least this way, there was some small purpose for the death of the animal. But other than my teddy bear, I don't own any fur.

  • how much was the gucci purse?

  • Stud it!!!!

  • I loved the video and I agree with what you said to that one person down there in the comments about using the whole animal. I'm disappointed with the people that are judging you. your recycling and that's more than most of these haters can say so... I loved the video and got some great tips thank u

  • I love you :).

I absolutely love thrift and vintage stores.

I live in this little area in VA, and there is this old town near me that's full of those types of stores.

  • @shadowsmane Fredericksburg? If so, I will be downtown tomorrow, seeee ya there! ;)

  • @itsblitzzz Yes! Haha x)

  • people chill if she wants to wear fur then she can! jeez...don't like it? then DON'T watch!!

  • can you please do a videoon how to cut old jeans into destressed shorts? thanks

  • new fur, old fur you're still wearing it and embracing it fur. when people look at you wearing it there is no way they know it is "vintage or not" you're wearing a dead animal.

  • @cowboyjayy I am not embracing the fur industry, I am embracing an environmentally friendly movement which supports wearing second hand clothes and ultimately reducing municipal waste which ends up in landfills. "When people look at me" I'm sure there are a plethora of judgements they can pass if they so choose...That being said, if they care to understand my values and viewpoints than I will gladly share them. If not, I could give two shits about their opinions of me and close-mindedness !

  • great haul!

  • fur old or new is disgusting . leather too. no fashion, no style, nothing can make up for someones pain and suffering.

  • @facingthesunshine You are certainly entitled to your own opinion; however, I am a firm believer in using all parts of animals that are raised for commodities - that means, if an animal is being slaughtered for food, no part of that animal should go to waste. If you think the world would still spin without cattle farming or some sort of meat industry, than you are SEVERELY naive and unknowledgeable about life.... That being said, if you believe we should simply discard the additional...

  • ...parts of livestock than you are wasteful and that is much more discouraging. If you are trying to start some kind of a revolution, why don't you research & promote the use of organic and/or vegan leather instead of trying to refute my viewpoints on YouTube. If you feel passionately about something and want to make a difference then get out there and DO IT - but before doing so, make sure you are well informed of the issues you are defending.

  • oh wow how much did you buy the gucci bag for? :O

  • I LOVE rings. Especially really big, vintage rings. I have like 50 rings that I've bought at vintage jewlery stores, and I wear rings every single day.

  • omg that deep blue one i have one in brown

  • Ok so I know I commented twice already but I have so many questions ! (: If you have the time can you please do a video about your tattoos and what they represent? Great video btw (:

  • @mrstwilight18 she has said in other videos that she will not do a tattoo video.

  • Can you do a tutorial on how to stud clothes and clutches and that type of stuff ? PLEASE! (:

  • I was 10 minutes into the video thinking it was going to finsih but then I checked how long it was and I was like "OMG Yay! 25 minute haul video!"

Now I can get a pretty good idea of what I should look for (:

  • I just recently got into studding and spiking my clothes and accessories. :D Where do you get your studs/spikes? I want to buy them in bulk, but I can't find them anywhere for a decent price... :(

  • @naviftw etsy.com

  • I can't wait to see your tutorial(s) for how to stud denim and whatnot! I want to stud everything! haha. That clutch is beautiful. you could definitely make some bank doing what you love to thrift store finds and letting people show you how much they could value them. haha.

  • lol i hoard excess jean fabric too :)

  • So jealous of your finds! But definitely encouraging! Thanks!

  • you should do a tutorial on studding and spiking stuff.

  • isn't buying fur practically the same thing as buying leather?

  • where do you get your studs and spikes from?

  • jean shorts tutorial please?

  • You say you wash all the clothes you get before you wear them, and that's a really good idea. I wash the clothes I get from stores like Wal-Mart, Hot Topic, etc before wearing them too and they're new. But I was wondering about the shoes. What do you do to them? I'd wanna make sure they were clean because not only do I hate feet, it's like the previous owner could have had some nasty foot fungus or something.

  • OMG I freaking love the Chanel earrings!!! You are soo lucky!!

    You got some awesome stuff!

  • awesome clutch! i wanna see a how to stud a clutch tutoral ;-)

  • I've always thought the same behind the principles of vintage fur. You can feel better in yourself for purchasing vintage fur, with the carbon footprint, and not contributing to the continuation of animal cruelty and all that. However, i still can't bring myself to actually wearing it, solely because people who see you wearing it don't know it's vintage, do they? It's just something i worry about myself. That fur is cute though.. damnit! haha

  • @emmaensign6 i have been struggling with this exact thought process argh! still haven't decide what i'm going to do

  • really like u, keep on the good work!!!

and i d like to see some outfits! u look great!

  • Never thought of buying used fur that way, thanks for the insight.

  • I totally get the fur thing. It would just be going to waste if nobody bought it, and you're not giving any money to the fur industry yourself really by buying the item from a thrift/vintage store. :)

  • I know about this store! :D Mhm!

  • I get what your saying about vintage fur, I agree

  • I love the fur :) So chic.

  • i loooooooooove the dress!!! Great Find! xo

  • like ur videos girly
