we all wish this is possible now in 2011-12 but in reality america have no funding for deep space or moom shot, i wish we could,it hurts me to say this but debt must be our new misson! and then only could we retry a mission like 2020 moom shot,i'm not say we could not do it,and not pay down debt at sametime. something like defense would be cut to do it, the r&d of usaf/navy/army same much more importent,then u got to look at china moom shot possible 10yrs fom now? u.s riding russ rocket to n.e.o

There is a direct correlation between CO2 concentration and atmospheric temperature.
Plus it has little to do with the sun, the suns cycle repeats every 4 years and this cycle is not reflected in rising temperature trends.
I'm also on your side, even if human want to create on purpose global warming they would not succeed it since the enormous amount of energy this should require. Men is simply too weak to dare against the sun. Is like a Termite trying to influence over a house on fire.
