Miami is more a resort and tourist area, a lot of people move there and remain fans of their hometown....and they don't have a centralized area for crowds to congregate, and be contained within....Philly is a huge sports city and a the home base for many of its fans...the teams are historic, and the stadiums and downtown are connected by Broad Street. I am sure the same events would take place in Charlotte, Bmore, Houston, San Fran, etc...
