its me again juz askin question for my pratical exam cn i substitute the chicken with shrimp n squid n put some parmesan cheese on top of the dish after its cook n bake it..
yes that could be a fine substitute, I would use a salmon steak, cook it then cut it after its fully cooked. I would also add it to the sauce and pasta just before serving otherwise it make breakdown to much

shrimp and squid are picks for this dish and Parmesan cheese on top then baked is a great idea, as long as you use fresh Parmesan.
