another good tip ladies, when you do your eyes kinda heavy, make sure you use a neutral color for your lips like how she did in the video. if you do your lips heavy with your eyes, it looks like its too much.. :)

you dont have to use the liquid however if you do its easier to paint on and get the vibrant bright colours. at the end is the pics without using the medium.. they are slightly duller in colour but still work..

water to 1 part glycerin......................­the glycerin you could get at the drug store..and if you dont have purified water just boil some water and then let it cool...
