  • I believe we should have a mandatory 3 year service in the armed forces. Then some of these warmongering chickenhawks might not be so quick to rush into wars.

  • "If somehow I become like a really good like speaker and stuff like that". /slow clap

    America has BIG problems.

  • hahahahaha... 2.06

  • Well if the college republicans will not serve, how about you? I think the age limit is 40.

  • great vid

  • They wonder why Ron Paul is so popular with young ppl. This is actually pretty much what I see in everyday life with these Neocons!

  • Bravo!!I had two nephews who served in Iraq and one of my neice's husband served in Afghanistan and theyr'e all home safely!!!

  • 1:50...Learn some manners! Don't chew with your mouth open!! Not a big deal but it's irritating to me. lol...

  • These are the kind of chickenhawks who think that patriotism is defined not by the sacrifices you make for your country but by the number of American flags you have in your house.

  • This is why I have such disdain for college kids who have no idea what they're talking about. I'm an Iraq veteran and when I got home, my buddies and I are at a bar and ran into these chickenhawks who talked tough about war and were like "Did you kill anybody?" I flipped the fuck out and told them to shut the fuck up. If you support war, but are too chickenshit to fight it yourself, you have no right to ask those who've fought it what it's like.

  • @bellamori Oorah! brother, I hear you!

  • Do any republicans want to comment on these yellow striped losers?? hmmmm? I didn't realize the fascist youth were so unhealthy these days.

  • 4:30 Someone loves the cooooooooooooock! Hopefully this tub of lard will one day accept himself for who he is and stop taking it out on other gays by being a little douchebag republican.

  • @unclepaullovesyou How the fuck can you say that? Were you the examining physician? No doubt people get waivers, but what you just said shows your level of ignorance when it comes to medical disqualification! Conditions like asthma, flat feet, and a host of other pre-existing ailments disqualify thousands of volunteers each year! Please, continue to stick your foot in your mouth because you don't have a clue!

  • holy shit! this guy is a moron! I enlisted in the all-volunteer military back in 81. I never intended to re-enlist but one enlistment led to another and I found myself deciding to make it a career once I hit the 10 year mark! For this guy to question whether someone has or doesn't have a medical issue is beyond absurd! Maybe he should have concentrated on the core issues of duty, honor, country which build integrity and self respect! You son, don't have a clue!

  • @BigMoInAZ Blumenthal doesn't care if someone has a medically disqualifying medical issue. His only point is that conservatives who support the war, and have never served but say that Democrats hate the country and the military, while THEY are the only true patriots, are a bunch of chickenhawks.

  • Wars are meant to be fought with other peoples children.

  • College Republican = brain washed zombie sheeple for the New World Order!..just listen to what they say!

  • When asked why they aren't serving, they say "I'm thinking about it" or waffle incoherently because they can't just come out and say "That's what poor people and minorities do."

  • @KingNothing125 Liberals like this ass making the video seem to think a person

is NOT ALLOWED to agree with the war effort unless they JOIN the war effort.

    Thats fucking retarded in itself.

How many people did not enlist during WWII

Does that make sense sticking a camera in the face of people in Americans and say to them during WWII if you believe in it why arent you there.

    film maker=a fuckhead

  • That weakling who didn;t want to serve becase he was in football.. damn and i joined during the vietnam war USMC parris island .. sand fleas and DI's who treated us to their love.. what a joke those republicans are.

  • "If I become, like, a really great speaker." I think that ship has sailed son!

  • @RadarKat73080 that was hilarious to say the least! Doh!

  • @BigMoInAZ Thanks.

  • i will say this...these college republicans sure know how to tie their ties lmfao

  • @MCMCsimulation But most military vote Republican

  • @sapperzulu thank you for pointing that out! Gee, you think there'd be some discontent wouldn't you? Point is, the majority who serve learn the Code of Conduct and actually aspire to become better all around human beings as well as proud Americans! The many friends I had in the military didn't wear their party affiliation on their sleeves! They left that for their rank! Hoo Ah!

  • Those who tried to enlist and were denied for medical reasons...retain the moral high ground. All the rest are hypocritical assholes.

  • This behavior is typical of conservatives. They talk a real good game but when it is time to put something behind those words there is always an excuse, an attempted mis-direction, a spaz-out, or complete silence.

  • "Everybody at one time in life has had inclinations toward the other, towards the same sex. . ."

No, no they haven't. Here is another gay republican denying his own sexuality and voting to ruin other people's lives because he can't admit to himself that he likes the dong and is afraid of the vajayjay.

  • @Acepatriot1 The edge how? Did I make any statement in regards to right or wrong, whether I support their decisions or not? Did i mention who was responsible, or whether both parties are indeed guilty of continuing to perpetuate wars. Nope, didn't do it, that was your assumption. You pulled that right out of your ass, didn't ask, didn't care, just thought this was some partisan shot at republicans. So you were wrong, get over it.

  • @Acepatriot1 Backing them how, by saying you are wrong to call the democrats chicken hawks, when more democrats have served then republicans. That isn't supporting them, that is stating a fact. I am not a democrat, i am not a republican. I wonder what you thought when the war was first declared with a bunch of coward republicans sending other peoples children to fight and die.

  • @Acepatriot1 What did I change, name one.

  • @Acepatriot1 How is it justification to state a fact. What the fuck are you talking about. Just because more democrats are veterans doesn't mean I give it my support you fucking gimp. Im not even a democrat fag. How am I supposed to face down the BIG fucking man you apparently think you are over the fucking computer dip shit.

  • Shove it up your ass Acepatriot1. I don't support any fucking war, and more democrats in the house, and the senate served in the military than republicans in the house and senate.

  • Young rightwingers disgust me.

Rightwingers do in general but especially young ones.

Way to be total fucking tools.

Of course their cowardly little shits cheering on an unjust (and illegal) war as well, but that's only part of just how fucking 'I'd like to punch their face in' annoying these smug little pieces of crap really are.

  • I want to vomit watching all those cowardly hypocrites spout their bullshit. They are afraid of their own shadows...weak motherfuckers!

  • this video is a great representation for america. WE WANT WAR - so will you enlist - naw I have a bad knee. weak as piss. I guess this is how people act when they are told they can say anything they like - even when it's an outright lie. you americans disgust me.

  • At least Kent Alexander at about 3:30 admits that he is too much of a wussy to join.

That being said, I joined even though I have flat feet, and I had depression. (I hadn't been diagnosed until six years after I enlisted, but I knew I had it.) I'm also only 5'5 and not muscular at all. What do their "doctor's notes" say?

  • LOL. What they were really saying is, "THEY fight them over there, so WE don't have to fight them over here. (Because we're scared to hell of everything, and we need dumb, poor meat-heads to draw the heat away from us.)"

  • Oh one more thing , they say "if we don't fight and win over there it's gonna happen here." What the hell would happen here?? Why are they so worried about a bunch freedom fighting civilians??

  • This is why I'm ashamed of my country today...

  • I hate chickenhawks

  • That "Max Kues" guy is the most pathetic one...wow

  • At 0:56, dumb broad there is no "Islamo-fascism", you must mean theocracy. Fascism is a high government that influences the citizens with either nationalism or militarism, it will actually be the US that will be "fascistic". At least in true "fascistic" countries, the politicians served in the military. It will be the bankers that will rule the country so it is more Corporatism than Fascism. That war is nothing but profit with the deaths of the poor & middle-class Americans & innocent Iraqis.

  • What else can I say, everyone is gay..

  • and these REPUBLICAN CHICKENHAWKS stiil could not get Bin Laden. These Republican Chickenhawks make me sick and you are all so full of shit. Chicken Hawk Cheney "I had other priorities than military service" is a piece of vernom. Eight years you asswholes could not find him like GW Chickenhawk said "i do not think of him." Go fuck yourselves CHICKENHAWKS!!!!!!!

  • Would you really want these dipshits in our military?

  • Now that Obama has added a third war to our list....this time without Congressional authorization (what a precedent that sets!)...I imagine Max Blumenthal and all his young liberal toadies will be rushing to sign up for combat.

  • @RonaldeRobinson So have you served in the wars or are you a chickenhawk like the cowards in this video? Your country needs you to fight for Democracy in Afghanistan and Iraq.

As to that "third war", US warplanes are enforcing the no-fly rule over Libya. We have no troops on the ground there so you and your chickenhawk Republican friends are safe.

  • @dieseldog00 Typical Leftist. Try to change the topic. It is time for the Obama Zombies to sign up. Or will you be like Chelsea Clinton and being a chicken hawk? No troops on the ground? You know a lot about warfare if you think pilots don't risk their lives. Oh! That's for John McCain not Democrat chicken hawks.

  • Every one of these punks should be sent to the front line.

  • Where can I get that "Draft College Republicans" sticker?

  • "I'll think about it." Pathetic.

  • 5:05 typical in the closet chicken shit

  • at 3:44 DeLay explains how abortion affects (you) because without it, we'd have no need for illegal immigrants... If "we had" those 40 million children that were killed over the last 30 years, we wouldn't need the illegal immigrants to fill the jobs that they are doing today.... after a pause he adds, "think about it"

  • Patriotism of all these chickenhawks combined are far much much less than a fraction of Kareem Rachad Sultan Khan alone.

  • wow im speechless. These are the leaders of tomorrow. Goodnight USA, the fall of the most hypocritical, pathetic, money hungry, self-entitled empire throughout all the ages.

  • @jayrod105 Even the Sith Lord's Empire?

  • Yeah I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2009-2010 and I'm in the active army...19Kilo baby...werid. Didn't know it was so tough to do both.

  • The main injury these young chickenhawks suffer from is brain damage.

  • well i guess these are the biggest dumb, uneduca<ted, racist, coward, ppl that the usa can produce congratulations you are nr 1...

  • i love this shit ...part 2 plz!!

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAH officially not gay

  • Wow... Tom DeLay (3:46)... really? did you really just say that? What we pay illegal immigrants is far below the legal limit of what we can pay a citizen... the type of people who hire illegals are doing it for one reason... to save money. Lucky for DeLay, the people he speaks to are far too stupid to question what he is saying.

  • Bring back the draft for these douche bags

  • The majority of the USA military vote Republican which suggests that the GOP remains the traditional supporter of America's armed services. But the film maker has a point in highlighting the elites absence from direct military involvement. This is true for all the other western democracies where no front line politician has any combat experience. The values of militarism needs to be inculcated into the young if we are to remain strong and universities should develop programs to support this.

  • way to go max...call those chicken shits out...

  • Max alot of people get rejected for getting the military all the time for either medical or testing reasons so quit trying to act like some of those people were just cowards when they actually tried to join. Also at the end you were causing a disturbance, that's why you got thrown out, stop trying to act like your rights were being infringed(ironically you did the same exact dirty tactic in your rapture ready "documentary"), you aren't fooling anyone.

  • @acetong1990

They're cowards and you know it.

  • @Primordialfan1 no I don't know it. I think their is plenty of people who have legitimate excuses why they couldn't be in the military and health/test reasons is definitely one of them. I’ve known many people(that support the war or are against it, democrat or republican) that’s been rejected for that very reason. The military’s requirements nowadays just are simply that ridiculous. Hope I don't run into the same problem as them trying for it in a couple months or so:/

  • @acetong1990 Thank you!

It was hard for me to sympathize with the College republicans after the Adam and Steve stuff, but I totally agree - this is all dirty cheap shit. Max Blumenthal is probably under the impression that the only requirement for joining the military is knowing each end of the boom stick.

  • @acetong1990 Thank you!

It was hard for me to sympathize with the College republicans after the Adam and Steve stuff, but I totally agree - this is all dirty cheap shit. Max Blumenthal is probably under the impression that the only requirement for joining the military is knowing each end of the boom stick, which is why he thinks these are nothing more than excuses.

I wouldn't join a war that I supported, because I know I'd make things worse for them.

  • Yeah! Of course we have to fight them over there or we'd have to fight them over here...can't you all see...there will be waves of Taliban amphibious D-Day style landings on Coney Island if we don't! Haven't you heard of the secret underground shipyards in Kandahar??!! The horror...the horror...

  • Im over 20 yrs old and have never had an inclination. Not once in my life.

  • Why does the narrator in this video have a creepy voice?

  • At the age of 23 I was a combat medic in Vietnam...dude!

  • @taosimplicity Oh chicken hawk traitor what else you going to call me liar? I serve with several real veterans and at least one purple heart winner. I don't question a damn thing they did, I'm proud of them like the cops and the Emts and other fire fighters I know. The people you shit on a few comments back. My contribution is minor, and frankly I never thought I deserved the thanks of the people I helped train, but I received it with thanks. You on the other hand rant and lie and nobody cares.

  • @taosimplicity Loser really, why am I a loser because I don't agree with you? Btw Churchill was talking about the Battle of Britain. Logic left the moment you started typing, and don't generalize, I don't insult those who serve. I just simply don't believe you, and I doubt anyone else does either. Wave the flag all you want, it doesn't make what your say true. And I really don't feel put down by a troll like you.

  • @taosimplicity Also you left out the troop training jackass or did that interfere with you misguided point? And don't you dare talk to me about conspiracies you piece of shit. I've been hearing them for 8 years now and trolls like you just perpetuate them. I'm secure in what I've done, but I know what I do is the truth, but you seem rather insecure to me. I don't like people like you in my America, but I can't and won't tell them to leave, but I can tell you to shut up and act like a damn adult.

  • @taosimplicity Haven't met to many veterans that are liberal, but I understand the slit is about 40/40 with another 20 percent independent. That is what the military says anyway. So you're trying to tell me liberals are incapable of lying? Why don't you quit while you're behind and call it a day. You're not up to an intelligent conversation, and you're lying about military service, so you're pretty much a waste as far as I'm concern.

  • @taosimplicity Would that be you and your other personalities? So police officers and fire fighters do nothing, interesting, because most real veterans I meet seem to act pretty respectful and than me for what I do. I know what they go through is different, but I always got a mutual respect. You on the other hand probably never did anything else with your life and now have to rant. Some of the bravest I've ever met have not said one word about their service, but you well you talk to much.

  • disgraceful. Put up or shut up. I'll be joining if I get a transfer to a university or not, and I didn't even exactly support the Iraq War. I hate bumper stickers but I would definitely rep that bumper sticker.

  • @taosimplicity Oh explain one thing to me though, why is it so many "veterans" claiming to support liberal causes turn out to be liars. I know that isn't all of them, and many have served honorable (you've heard of that I'm sure). I mean one homeless guy was embraced by the left after he said he committed war crimes, but he was kicked out before basic was done. I'm guessing you have some similar story maybe your wartime service was state side if you served at all.

  • @taosimplicity No, but training troops, police officers, and fighting fires might be considered patriotic by some. Still though I regret not doing more, than I could be twat waffle like you, and say anything I wanted and no matter how embarrassing it might be it some how means something when you're a veteran. Many veterans helped found the United States, but many weren't, so did they have no right to take part in forming the republic? Life and death been there done that, and I'll do it again.

  • @taosimplicity Sarcastic or to stupid to understand he's been insulted, I wonder which.

  • @taosimplicity Very positive and constructive.

  • Can I have that 7:42 minutes of my life back. Seems to me that the democrats send the military around the world as much if not more than the republicans, but yet I don't hear about droves of young democrats serving. Protesting is your right, but I'd hardly call it heroic in a civilized democracy, try it in China or Cuba that takes guts. Historically only 10% ever serves in the military and politically soldiers beliefs are split very much like they are in the country.

  • Al Queida wasn't in Iraq. they were in Afghanistan. Osama and Saddam hated each other.

  • 6:32; I'm sorry, here he's just being an asshole.

  • Tom Delay.interesting.

  • Do you liberals with your unabated ignorance even realize that a 'chickenhawk' is also known as a 'red tailed hawk'?? Pretty BADASS bird! LOL!

    Epic fail!

  • Comment removed

  • they brainwashed

  • are they really a colleagues?? coz if it's right why they're so stupid about they war opinion?? f*ck man... say NO to war! that's what is right!

  • Sign up or shut up, Republican pussies. Anyone that "supports" war (whatever the fuck that means), is under 50, and hasn't been in the military is a coward and/or hypocrite...and if male are a man by biological technicality alone. They should grab a camo skirt and some pom-poms; they are the equivalent of male cheerleaders for war. They let 17-year-old girls in the military defend their ideas...and their familes. I am ashamed for them.

  • Pathetic. Truly sad to see what we are teaching our youth. Every last one of them should be killed. I mean it. They serve no purpose in this country.

  • @shawbaby1111 There comes out the REAL feelings of a good "tolerant" libtard! You're all fascist, jack booted thugs. Hitler would be SO PROUD!

  • These young neo cons have no clue what it is to be a true american, they will grow up and eventually serve special interests instead of the American people.

  • I think that if you are a child......Max Blumenthal seems cool to you. Ha ha ha ha

  • I love how the maker of this video makes the ridiculous assumption that if you support the military and want to win the war then you should serve. You morons ever think that some people are just not made of what it takes to be a soldier? Typical.

  • @ACOLLEGECONSERVATIVE

People who don't want to be soldiers should, therefore, NOT send them off to war on lies and sly spin, and all for some pie-in-the-sky imperial hegemony bullshit.

How does it go in that old book these fat hypocrite scum wave around so often ?

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Napalm and some A-10 strafing with Willy-Pete as the finishing touch on the next Young Republiconned Connedference strikes me as being an EXCELLENT thing to drive my point home.

  • The Left has no credibility attacking conservatives level of service in the military. A disproportionate number of young people serving are conservative. You seldom see the Chelsea Clintons (or Bill Clinton or Barack Obama) serving. Yet, Democrats send our young men and women to war at least as often as Republican Presidents. This whole exchange has been about attacking Republicans, not an effort to get more young people to serve their country.

  • @RonaldeRobinson

Possibly one reason a lot of Connedservatives serve is because they are brainwashed drones. Your Holy Babble and all that effort spent on MK-ULTRA would have been wasted if it didn't turn out überpatriotic clone cannon-fodder to die for Jeezus and the oil and arms (blessed are the money-makers..) industry. Hallelujah !

Praise the Lord and pass the idiots.....

  • @RonaldeRobinson Lyndon Johnson was a perfect example.

  • Rightfuhrer Tom DeLay's beady little eyes positively glow as he imagines those 40 billion (or was it 40 million ?) dead (murdered by LIBERALS !!) little blond-haired, blue-eyed babies who WOULD have grown up to be Amerikkka's SuperSoldiers, fighting Gawd's Holy War to bring Burgers and Malmart to the oil-sitting heathens ! Yes siree !

Dog bless the Young Republiconned's, because no-one else will.

  • @allieron Hey are you stupid. Yes you are. Ask me why.

  • Comment removed

  • @fluffynoses Already in the middle.

    watch?v=pfAdI9TIFlc

  • it's not fair to criticize a lot of these guys for not joining the military. think about it, they're young and joining the army is a very dangerous decision that really challenges one's mental and physical fortitude. that's why i have so much respect for the soldiers out there.

is it frustrating sometimes that they believe in something so much and refuse to join it, yeah. but it's a lot to ask for a young person to join the battle when they want to pursue a life away from combat

  • Do these fucking idiots have any idea how stupid they sound?

  • I hate the left and right.

  • @101caliber then stay in the middle. sooner or later, you're going to have to be responsible and choose a side. you can't cherry pick and sit on the fence forever. when are you "independents" and moderates going to realize that

  • Max, as soon as he put his hands on you - you had a right to smack his ass down.

  • Lol, I was that kid in part 4:32 (not literally) one time. I want to tell that kid to man up and face that he is gay (or at least bi)... it is far better to come out now when you are young than wait until later for it to "go away". It is not going to go away, and before you know it, you will be 60 years old and regretting that you didn't follow your heart instead of some false political doctrine.

  • Nicantlacaroots: You should have made that point to Max Blumenthal, who surprisingly doesn't apply his same test to Obama Zombies. "If no one should fight for anyone's interests" we ultimately give a green light to the Hitlers, Hirohitos, and Jihadists who have killed and threatened Americans.

  • @RonaldeRobinson

When did Iraq attack you again ?

  • @allieron I can understand why you want to change the subject: Where are the Obama Zombies signing up to serve in Afghanistan with Obama's rules of engagement that will get them killed to no good affect? They're chickenhawks if anyone is. Just like the Obamas, The Clintons, and all the other leaders of the Left. Draft dodgers and chickenhawks.

  • @RonaldeRobinson

Yet Obama's RoE is attempting to PROTECT NATO servicemen, something that would NOT be necessary had the neocons not been utter incompetents and taken their eye off the ball and gone to loot the oil in Iraq instead of finishing the job in Afgasistan. Obama is attempting to stop-loss in the best way possible to extricate you all from this most awful Connedservative snafu. He made no bones about his engagement, and the efficiency of what he's doing is greater than the Busheviks.

  • @allieron Who attacks people? The people in the country? Or the country itself? Pretty sure the people in the country do. What I'm saying here is that you are a low intelligence nut job who loves to troll on videos and post stupid comments.

  • @allieron They attacked us again?

  • "clint peterson" porn name,and ,a cowboyhat

  • I guess I forgot that the Obama Zombies are signing up to fight in Afghanistan...just like draft dodger Bill Clinton and Community Organizer Barack Hussein Obama. Don't look for Chelsea, Malia, or Sasha to serve in their Administration's military adventures.

  • @RonaldeRobinson no one should fight for someone elses interests

  • @nicantlacaroots good point.but the obama zombies dont want to go to war, even if he does(btw,im not an obama zombie ;) )

  • @RonaldeRobinson

Those who want war should be the ones who fight it. Your kitbag is over there, next to the M4 you WILL need, as you bring Freedumb and Dumbocracy (and gas pipelines...) to the heathen.

The T-tailed Mountain Magnet leaves at zero hour. Drop your cocks and grab your socks.

  • @allieron What a weak argument allieron.

  • So let me get this straight, they are in college and that is why they are not serving...so they are going to let al-Queda operate so they can go to school? I thought our freedom was important. Pat Tilman went even though he had a NFL contract, and a career right on the edge and he died. Fucking cowards, all talk, no fight.

  • @fonkymaster Many people have left careers to serve, and some of you haven't bothered to get off the couch. Me personally I did things on the home front to help the war effort, and in some small measure I like to think I did my part. What have you done? Some people need to stay behind and do all the other jobs so economy keeps running. Is everyone who doesn't serve a coward? I honor those who do serve, but none of them every spoke down to me.

  • @NJburbsSeeker

    1. There does need to be a home front, but Iraq/Afgnahistan is nothing like WW2, we don't need a million people for one, as the government is not in the total war phase in these ops.

    2. What have I done:Spoken against the BS wars. I respect soldeirs, and seeing them get slaughtered for chickenhawks and the greedy turns my stomach

3.I am not speaking on everyone who doen't serve, just those who say "LETS BOMB EVERYTHING AHAHAHAHA!!!" and do nothing but behave as

  • @fonkymaster

    1. Perhaps we should be in total war mode, it seems our enemies are and are conspiring with nations as well as terrorist groups to destroy our nation. Whether you like our foreign policy or not they still want you dead.

    2. For many on the left there isn't a good war, just police actions humanitarian aid, over seas contingency operations. Maybe you respect for soldiers, but I've heard far to many not be.

    3. Don't need to bomb everyone, just our enemies.

  • @NJburbsSeeker

Our foreign policy is the reason so many countries hate us and asshats like the Taliban gain the ability to thrive. The Iranian coup we headed caused harm for the people and made it possible to become a fundie hellhole. Many Islamic countries hate us because we spread "democracy" to countries that didn't need us or want us. Afghanistan was a blowback. Iraq goes back a long way. We created nearly all of our enemies today. They would have no legitimacy if we simply stopped bombing-

  • @fonkymaster Sorry I hate to break this to you, but we're not the bully. You need to keep some of the animals in line from time to time. Many people don't want rational discussion. It is about haves and have nots and they're willing to kill all of us to have what they feel we deserve. If they could run their own affairs they wouldn't need us to constantly solving their problems. If you want to be isolationist though I assure you chaos will reign around the globe without our help.

  • @NJburbsSeeker

Ok, it is clear we differ significantly on every issue, and this page will be filled page after page with disagreement. As I and you see, every comment ends up with about three replies. As you said, we are seeing eachother as lost causes. But you are honestly the first post-Obama conservative I have debated with that did not call me a liberal muslim communist soviet fascist interweaved with intense profanity and personal attacks, and I respect you for this engaging conversation.

  • @fonkymaster Thank you the name calling does nothing, and I find many on the left with the best intentions, but the worst execution of ideas. This video showcases many people are not great examples of republicans, but we all know how easy it is to find the same of democrats.

  • @NJburbsSeeker

note, though, I am not done yet. If you wish to continue, I will.

  • @fonkymaster Not much more to continue I think we're both on different sides with no changing of hearts and minds going on. I know why are enemies want to kill us, and I can't do anything about the past. Right now it is about winning and surviving and you can make tomorrows better. Islamic terrorists are pissed about the crusades still, think there is anything we can do to make it better besides fight?

  • @NJburbsSeeker

Their people. south america, some African countries, China, were our fault they became our enemies, each varying on the issue. The exact same thing happens to other countries who do what we do. The USSR made many enemies, the British and French Empires and many others, we are not unique in these issues. These reasons above is why I am against many wars we do. Now, when you state "enhawk who should shut. If you protest the war and put nothing at risk, your a patriot"...

  • @fonkymaster So, if if they have a good argument as to why they want to kill us all, we should let them after all we're the bad guys. We give more money and support more causes that benefit humanity. What we should do is shut off foreign aid for awhile. China we should have never let go communist, but I can tell already you're a lost cause.

  • @NJburbsSeeker

What I am trying to get across is, there are people who question others patriotism when they oppose a war or not fight in it WHILE themselves wormed their way out. It is those I generally think of as cowards. As for protesters, it depends on what they do. I believe marches are weak, and simply complaining in numbers is not an effective strategy. Now, a organization like Wikileaks, risk alot in protesting the way they do, but they have governments waking up with brown pajamas...

  • @fonkymaster Yes and the young guy who gave wikileaks the info is sitting on solitary until they court martial him. What he did is treason and should hardly be complimented for it. Most peace demonstrators aren't very patriotic, because they don't ever see a need to put anything at risk to protect the system they claim to love. They've learned since the 60's not to call soldiers murders, but are little better. You look down on those who do serve and those who don't.

  • @NJburbsSeeker

Some great patriots and making pathetic excuses for not enlisting. Like Rush Limbaugh or many of the kids in this video. If you want to rally for war so much, then go. Do not accuse others of being anti-american for not supporting the war and not going (I am not saying you said I was anti-american, but many do say that to people).

  • @fonkymaster Been trying to figure that out, you support the war and don't serve your a chickenhawk who should shut. If you protest the war and put nothing at risk you're a patriot speaking your mind? Mandatory service is a thing of the past and the military doesn't want it, and many don't want to serve for a host of reasons I won't judge even if I think them cowardly or lazy. I didn't nobody made me I might have to, but there are plenty of liberals who do nothing for their causes even vote.

  • @NJburbsSeeker

And regarding your points on liberals not voting ad democrat wars. A valid point, but I judge leaders not by political affiliation. This is not important. I look at people by their actions. For example, I regard LBJ as low as Bush, and do not like any war mongering leader, regardless of their party. Liberals, also, are not the only ones who don't vote. MANY people who should be voting aren't, yet they either whine or say "politics is boring" while struggling to find work.

  • @fonkymaster Yes and so many forget LBJ when it comes to civil rights or the fact he tried to do the best with what he had. Ah President Bush, the devil, after the country being attacked, I hope you agree that did happen he moved to go after those responsible, and when he thought Iraq could be doing the same he invaded. I think we could do a lot worse, but hell he only toppled an evil dictator and a religious fanatical regime that sponsored terrorists. Sometimes forces is necessary.

  • @fonkymaster hey man wake up, it's not the lack of military action that lets Al Qaeda operate, so much as those who create the conditions that encourage Al Qaeda to exist in the first place. Best look in Washington and connected places if you want to know where to REALLY point the finger. Lies and bullshit don't save lives, you know? Forget divide and conquer politics and face reality.

  • @Saighton connected places = Saudi Arabia, for one. But let's keep selling them high-quality arms instead of invading them, removing the fundamentalism there. Oh and taking their oil whilst giving them democracy if we can, as a sideline. Because that's all the supposed honourable part of the war on terror is. At best.

  • Bring back the draft! Mandatory service should be passed into law. It would build a better country. It would show people that we are all in this together. Think I'm wrong? Look at the WW2 generation, the greatest generation of the 20th century. They knew they were going into a meat grinder, but they still went and kicked ass!!

  • @10INCHCRUSHER How exactly would mandatory service "build a better country"? Without a conflict on a scale comparable to World War II, a draft would likely do what it did by the time of the Vietnam War, affecting mostly those without the resources to serve in 'other ways'--such as attend college like these young war supporters here.

  • Young Republicans are cowards and phony !

  • Chickenhawk: The Next Generation

    Wall Street, the Final Fronter...

This is the complete lack of groundpounding of the Neo-Cons.

Their continuing mission: to explore strange old frat houses, to seek out new tail and new boardrooms, to utterly fail to boldly go where everyone else is going...

  • Wow... all of them are repeating the exact shrub/rummy talking points "fight them there so we have to fight them here"

  • White American kids won't pick lettuce for four bucks an hour!

  • Novelist Henry James was excused from serving in the American Civil War because of what was called "An Obscure Hurt."

Looks like AOH is reaching epidemic proportions in some quarters.

  • That looks a lot more like T'ai Chi instead of interpretive dance, but that's just my opinion.
