I don't understand why people leave the shrimp tails on when it doesn't serve any purpose to do so. If it was shrimp tempura I could understand because you would hold the shrimp by the tail but in a sauce dish there is no reason to and you're just wasting the shrimp meat.
I am English and have been using Cilantro with is ( Parsley ) for years. Coriander is a completely different but lovely herb. Vera this is wonderful as you know yourself, Cilantro can be Flat leaf or Curly parsley.
That looks really good & really simple, I'm going to pass this along to my sis, who can't cook, but this so easy she can do it! Very good & keep up the good work
