Firstly, what in the freaking hell is a super euro flash supposed to be? I mean, honestly. If you're going to translate an entire song you might as well learn what the hell you are talking about. Speaking of translating a song, I read somewhere that Hinoi Team covers Euro-pop-dance- whatever songs (my favorite genre) by changing the lyrics to Japanese and I think changing up the song a bit, though I'm not completely sure. So does anyone have a guess as to what song this is that they covered?

First of all, the genre is called Eurobeat, and in this case, specifically J-Euro, but they pretty much fail at both.

And second, this song really is called "Super Euro Flash" by Franz "V.I.P." Tornado & Bazooka "T.C.V." Girl.

They kept the song title untouched, but pretty much remade the entire song; so in a sense, they're not translating. The only thing they kept was, Super Euro Flash, Whoa-oh, and the general melody.

When it comes to them, I prefer the originals, period.

Haha. I will fill you in on some background. Super Euro Flash was what the para event at Club Velfarre in Tokyo every friday night was called. Franz Tornado & Bazooka Girl, eurobeat artists, wrote a song about this infamous event with the same name. It was a very popular Eurobeat song and featured in Para Para Paradise 4, which was one of the most widely distributed of all the PPP videos. Hinoi Team then covered this song. Eurobeat lyrics are generally "bad", but you get used to it in a fun way.

I think they've only done that to some of their songs but you're right. Night of Fire I know for a fact is a Dave Rogers Super Eurobeat original but they made it Japanese. I think both versions are good, though.
