Alaskan Malamutes are for the Heavy Haulers, they cant' run as fast as Huskies. They dont' have blue eye's. They are the work horse of the sled dogs.... Alaskan Malamutes are from Alaska , Siberian Huskies are from Siberia. They both love Snow. Huskies run much faster and are not as strong. woo woo woo we hope that answers any questions. My last Alaskan Malamute weighed 130 pounds and my husky weighed 59 pounds. Your Malamute is very beautiful...
