The Zerona Laser Featured on Episode of The Doctors

Zerona is CRAP! I did it for about 2 months, and it didn't do anything!!! They take about 9 measurements from ALL OVER your body (places they NEVER even place the laser at) and then tell you to do a strict diet with a lot of exercise and give you water weight suppression pills. By the time your done, all the "weight loss" from the machine could've been achieved by just going to the gym (or working out at home).

My response has been that it is not possible to use a non-surgical laser to somehow "extract" the fat from fat cells without cell membrane damage. Fat removal from cells and tissues is done with a surgical laser. Youtube, California Chiropractic Board regarding the Zerona's "fat reduction" claim.....

How can this be healthy for you? I cannot believe that people are so willining to be the first guinea pigs for treatments like this. Be cautious. Don't trust what people who are selling a service are telling you. You don't know the side effects now or long term & often they are underplayed.

Instead why not just bust your ass by exercising regularly and eating healthy foods preferably organic (i.e. no processed foods, no junk food, no fast food, no soda/pop, no pastries etc.).

Actually, I am not as young as the demographic on YouTube. And my weight has fluctuated over the years. All because of my diet and exercise.

As a woman, I completely understand the frustration related to weight issues. However, I don't believe in get thin quick schemes that melt the fat away instantly and especially procedures like this where the evidence is still out on side effects.

I believe that busting your *ass* is key, 60 year Kirstie Alley is a prime example of that :)

I went to a place to see if I was going to try zerona and the ladies that work there are extremely out of shape. They tried to tell me that they have used it and without dieting they had seen results (I didnt see any) How can you sell me zerona if you are out of shape come on people. This is great for people who have a disability or are exercise restricted. It also has been shown to lower cholesterol and triglycerides. For the guy who has 5% body fat, this is dangerously low. The body needs a certain amount of fat and 5 % is way to low, being this low has shown to cause mental and other functional issues with the brain and body. The Zerona should be done in concert with a Therapeutic Life Style Change!

I've done 5 sessions & lost nothing around the waist by the way I'm not fat so I really was hoping for some change..but NOTHING
