Thank you for the compliment. I like the feeling of mobility I have when standing. Keeping the guitar stable enough to play classical style has always been the problem. I devised a harness affair, like a backback in reverse, and two attaching buttons mounted on the guitar, and this keeps the instrument very stable. Standing also raises my view of the audience, especially when playing on floor level. They can see me better as well.
Usually I practice standing. I also practice sitting sometimes, just so I remain comfortable doing it that way. Like when I play duets with other guitarists it would feel strange to stand while they sit. A number of people have suggested that I post a video about how I support the guitar while standing, so I'll get one up soon.
