If you want it, you either have to find an old VHS (or Beta!), or grab it from someone who captured it last year from Showtime/TMC. If you want it on DVD, petition the American unit of Canal Plus, who seem to own the rights. As for the 'Lickin' Chicken' dance -- Lisa Reeves is nowhere near it -- it was invented on the set by Kutee, the black girl at 'Chicken on the Run' -- and it was maybe the worst part of this prematurely wonderful, but badly executed teen flick

A movie that should be a classic. This one has it all good drama and comedy and deals with the real problems teenagers go thru.

I was hoping to find the Chicken dance/song that Lisa Reeves does. It's sort of a rap tune. Maybe the earliest filmed song of that kind. It must have taken place earlier or later in the movie. As her character was out the door by 4:50, and not in a dancing mood. I'd love to see that number again. Please upload it, if you still have to film. Thanks.

an excellent, but lesser know film. probably steve guttenberg's first film. try watching it on FLIX channel, I think it was a book first.
