  • oh interesting. Track 36 of GCT was home to The 20th Century Limited. (if you dont know what that is shame on you!!)

  • NYG is far superior to NYP. First, of course, it's an actual station, not a hole in the ground. And also, track access is much easier - walking down a ramp vs. going down an escalator is better. Makes one miss the grandness that was the real Penn Station.

  • Penn Station hasn't changed much on the track level since old times. Based on the photographs, the "real" Penn Station also required to use stairways for platform access.

  • I wish the old Penn Station was still here.. I could care less about Madison Square Gardens.

  • @milky27oreo Much like with the Bell Centre in Montreal for ruining Windsor Station!

  • that area looks nice too.

  • wow. a table with signs that say amtrak. wow, thats rare, what class of table was that?

  • Its rare for an Amtrak train to go into Grand Central.

  • @milky27oreo Amtrak is beginning to bring their Service back to GCT

  • @OGICHI21 Oh? Where'd you hear that from?

  • @milky27oreo Older sister. She works for Amtrak. She use to work for the surfliners out in Cali but got transferred to the New York division. She works the maintenance equipment

  • wow nice MN coaches, look like the Amtrak Diners

  • the "amtrak crew room"
