Also, all those years of tilting his head up at a 75 degree angle put strain on his voice, and at one point he almost lost his voice because of it. But he got a vocal coach sometime before Don't Believe The Truth, and the coach told him to stop smokings fags, boozing every night, and to most importantly, stop tilting his head up so sharply. And so he has.
