Actually I have heard of the Falun Gong from my parents, they have a sort of cult in Chinatown SF, Cali. From what I heard, that cult/religion/w.e sounds to me like a mental disease and can really effect "national interest" or so to speak. I really won't want those people as my neighbors.

First of all, there is the US civil war and the treatment of Indians and Blacks, reservations and slavery. And no, in the US you can't "say" w/e you want, theres actually a limit. I'm sure they have their own Eschelon system and can read or view anyone's activity on the net at any time. And I don't think you can use a proxy in China, not without their own permission. Not that you physically cannot, but China doesn't let foreigners come in and do anything in their country without the government's knowledge.

Muna. unlike what you might believe from star treck, internet traffic over a nation is impossible to track,
not a single country can monitor all its traffic activities from its proxies which are millions.
A lot of hacking occur from Ukraine (Kiev) proxies as they are open to everyone for cheap hacking, but it does not mean Ukraine should be responsible for people who use it.

Just a week ago,the official website of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan was hacked, probably by some Chinese.

Ok. here needs some little education.
People use fake proxy server to attack or hack other computers. Proxy server means a computer that is acting on behalf of others.
Let's say i m a Ukarainian or Russian, but I can access Chinese proxy server to hack into US systems. It is true alot of hoax proxy servers are available in China but it does not mean Chinese people or Government were involved it simply involves its customers from all over the world. Hope it helps.

Another thing Tony is that the Chinese aren't the only ones spying/hacking. The ISRAELIS have done MUCH more damage and have massive spy rings across our governments. I am aware of the Israeli spy network. All governments spy on each other as we do to many governments friendly and foe. This video was not so much about China spying, as that is old news. Yes, from an historic perspective one can say Communist governments cannot be trusted. Eradicating communist governments in other nations is difficult. Militarily it would be disastrous. To do it like President Regan did, economically, that cannot be accomplished thanks to Clinton. It was under Clinton where whole-sale American factories and technology was transferred to China. We can only hope due to their prosperity the people would demand an end to a communist government.
