Great Job! I'm from Lockport, Manitoba and just made this video for my friend Laurie Sutherland - She is a Patsy Cline Tribute Artist from Selkirk. Might want to check her out. I'd love to hear you two do a duet some day! All the best to you - keep it up!!
WOW! i have been learning to play and thank god i found your posts. You are absolutely INCREDIBLE. I live in San Antonio and hear this at ever rodeo, festival, and country music show and this tops them ALL!
Just lovely! So many people play this tune so draggy slow and you got the speed just right. Loved it...What make/model is that guitar of yours?...Sounds great>ERIK
Greetings from the other side of the world. Just wanted to say that your happy appearance, beautiful voice and great guitarplaying is very catchy. I really get in a good mood watching this video which I have made a favourite. By the way, we have a country music festival here in the Aland Islands (in the Baltic Sea between Finland and Sweden) every summer. I'm certain you'd qualify as a performer, so, get ready. I think its early August :)
OMG found you out of sheer luck, I love, love, love all you do. Are you playing anywhere? I would so like to see you in person. Please keep singing & posting.
@trish5800 - Just starting up a wee little band here in my home city of Winnipeg, Manitoba. I found myself a fantastic stand up bass player and lead guitar player and we're having a lot of fun doing vintage country tunes!
@raininggently You are really great. Is that a Tayler you are playing? I really like you're style. I keep playing you,re videos over and over. Don,t ever stop.
Really good job, wish I could play chords like that. How's your fingers after that? I bet they were sore, fantastic voice a pleasure to listen to, thanks.
Great voice! Still, I found it too speedy. She's tuned and sounds marvelous, so it would be worth to listen to her sing each note a bit more extended.
Well done. Just two things that would make your performance a little better. Try not to mix open chords with bar chords while playing a song with so few changes. You can play the A & F# chords within the first three frets. I think you can work on your vocal range. You were reaching for the note several times during the chorus. Otherwise you are a delight. Good luck.
Well, not a lot, but I absolutely admire him. There is one song I'd love to do... not sure if this is the name, but it goes... "I'm a long way from home...." I saw that movie Jennings did early in his career and he sang that song with so much emotion and wistfulness. I never forgot it. It's a beauty!
well its raininggently here in UK tonight until i found your song now its sunshine thank you so much, instant fan here lovely i would buy your music any day...
Hope ya don`t mind I like this one so much I`m putting it in my feature vid spot on my channel! It`s a place on my channel I use for songs that I think need attention! Have a great Easter weekend Stacey!
Ya know.. I really enjoy the HEC out of your playing, singing & all around fun that shows your having while playing these songs! VERY nicely done maam! Five stars & a tip of the hat to you. :-)
Wow! Your phrasing is excellent. I like your version. Keep it up and we will see you on the national stage (if you aren't already). Brava!
