Maybe 120 or 130 Str. I think that in these cases is better to get a Snake head hat as HAT a a very good ASPD. Obviously to get support from a HP or a Priest simply and that should be OK to do that.

I do not why people are saying things like: " he is using a upgrade weapon + 10, ice pick sloted stuff like that. this is more simple.... upgrade a ice pick is very hard, slot a ice pick is hard to, at least in my server.

This is not hard to get that damaged on that monsters.

I think that He uses ice pick + 4 wind endow, a main gauche + 10 maybe with 3 drainliar cards and another with damage on large monster or maybe 4 drainliar cards. Porcelio armor, shackles and the ball of thanatos.

@Jose7Francisco You're right, it's really not that hard. Equipment was something similar to what you mention, but definitely not ball of thanatos and I'm not sure about shackles. Nowadays I imagine this is even easier.

Depends on your server. Ice picks were more than affordable on official servers, and we picked a fair stock of them on privates.

I'm not playing anywhere at the moment, and don't think I'll be going back to RO for a long time if ever.

Do remember that this build was for pure leveling speed; anything else would merely have been a bonus.

All this is doable, I had a DD assassin in a 5/5/3 server and had one of the few ice picks in the server and really good carded main gauches and gladius's and was hitting that damage at 90+

This is a pretty thoughtful build and it checks out after testing. This is ENTIRELY doable with reasonably available equipment and normal iRO standard stat limits.

I guess it all depends on your personally interest on your character. if the stats are caped at 99. then 50 str, max agi, 10-20 dex and rest luk. I like this build because of its fast apsd, and the crit looks good.

I only play official servers, so I really don't know much about private servers, but as far as SB goes, I would go 80+ Int, 70+ Str, 50+ Vit, 50 Dex, 1 Agi. With a +7 3x Zipper Bear Sabre and +10 4x Zipper Bear Main Gauche, you'll be doing 6.5k+ with SB.

The off-hander was a carded MG. Without it, the overall damage output would have been pathetic :-). Remember that these Titans have high defence, and off-handers' cards contribute to main-hander.

That's not right actually. The main hand should be a scalpel with x2 Drainliar/Pecopeco egg(vice versa) and the off hand should be an ice pick. The very reason for this is because a scalpel has more base damage than an ice pick where as the main hand takes the base damage of the weapon and applies it to the damage. As you noticed, ice pick doesn't have very much base weapon damage and is mainly used just for the "deal more damage depending on enemy defense".

This is impossible. even with what equipsment you had stated. I even had this tested as well on the RMS test server, Anything from MVP cards to even doing unrothodox builds, WITH a Priest as well. There is, no way, you got 5000++ Damage with a SINGLE Ice pick and buffs.

It was done on my own test server. Rates were kept the same, though they are irrelevant to the testing. We simply used GM commands to level the test characters to 98, give them the correct items, and spawn some monsters.

All items used are perfectly obtainable on any official server, and nothing was tweaked to change the gameplay to anything other than official emulation. No godlikes were used.

Easy? Seriously, what isn't easy in RO or just about any MMORPG out there? Nothing is hard, it's just about how lucky you are to get the right equip, maybe spending a little time crunching numbers and comparing a few sets of gear.

I think the original purpose of this video was to demonstrate the leveling we'd be doing to our guild, as both assassins were to be emp breakers after transcending.

I'm not sure about 99 str, but I think it was more high 80s or low 90s. Obviously it depends on the gear used, >xy0 would be useless. VIT was almost completely skipped, only had a little to prevent stuns during that leveling; AGI was actually quite high, with a nice amount of ASPD for a dagger assassin. Overall, it was quite a solid build.

There was no need to use an unfrozen, as the priest could quickly recover me. Porcellio card was used in armour.

To any others who asked equip: I don't really know anymore. Quit RO a while ago and haven't saved any of the equip information on this assassin. Two assassins were taken to 99 using this setup in Ice Caves, and I really couldn't think of a faster leveling method for the job.
