@godzilla200029 Are you sure the BT device is working? I had a DOA mouse with my galaxy tablet that would not go into discovery mode to save my life. See if your smart phone or laptop can detect the device. Also make sure it is charged up.

u have hav to hold the power button for about 5 seconds on the bluetooth then it will turn on n then the scan will be complete in seconds.

u press the button on the bluetooth 4 about 5 or 6 seconds until the light turns on (make sure its not flashing) but if so then hold it longer then u go to settings to acessory system then register bluetooth then u put the code in which is usaully 0000

then that should work i had the same ploblem 2 but then i finally figure it out

@iamjohn4life ok i know whats wrong thats wat happend to me yesterday it just said searching then i learned that you press the talk and the power button at the same time for two seconds then you'll see the red and white power light blink then search and if thats not the problem (make sure its on BEFORE you press search) hope this helps

Fox0100 same thing happend 2 me, on ur connection it says 'type 3', if its type 3, and 2 that means ur connection is 2 a router, u need type 1 which means; ur conneting right 2 the source (internet), pretty much, it has 2 b wired (i think). I hav the same mic, i hav 2 do somthin about it :/
