It would be nice if Capcom would make a a boxer character that was more like say a young Ali or Sugar Ray Leonard. Don't get me wrong, Dudley from Third Strike is cool, but Balrog's design is just..well wrong. No brother in his right mind would sport that hair cut.

The English Voices are better. They have better range, more angrier and masculine voices. The Japanese ones are dull and quiet. They sound weak and as if the characters aren't even in a fight. Worst part is the Japanese voices say a lot of English words and it sounds terrible. So glad Capcom knew the english voice actors would be better!
Matter of preference - I find the English voices horribly overacted and sound way too out of place (Akuma is a prime example). The Japanese voices in SF4 sound very close to how the characters sounded in previous games - Even if the 'Engrish' is bad at times, I can't play SF4 with a straight face when I see/hear it played with English voices at all, but I don't go dissing people who prefer them over the Jap voices.
Some of the english voices fit nicely, especially for american characters. I leave most japanese voices on, but i put characters like balrog, ken, and rufus in english.

Well if Americans characters have bad English voice acting then it would be very embarrassing for the Americans wouldn't it? XD. Most of them Like Guile, Viper, and Ken I agree have good voice acting, even Seth (He has Kel' Thuzad's voice actor so it's awesome :D). Cammy's has a good British accent. Dan, personally I prefer the English, but the Japanese is good too. Unfortunately all the Japanese characters and some non-American characters have terrible voices.

@Delianswift unfortunately i can't coz i have some slight problem with my sf4 game...i can't unlock any of those characters..i've won for ryu,ken,sagat,chun li and a lot more but nothing happen...so far that i can have is rose after i won bison but she's no longer after i turn my pc off...you know what's the problem?

I never figured out why Gen is so powerful.......the only thing I saw Gen do was the thing he did on 0:26.

Chun-Li isn't the same without "go-me-ne"
I have all the Eastern characters set as Japanese, suits them better and it makes then kinda more authentic.

Play as Gen for awhile and then you'll realize that having two ultras isn't an unfair advantage.
