the meteors at veilstone city bottom right there you push a and it will say something and there

at Veilstone city there are four space stones dropped, go near(very near)to the stones don't forget to bring along Deoxys with you(must be first) then push the A button and wahlah his change^^

what you do is that you go to velstone city and you must have deoxys with you. then you go to the stones.then go up to one and then you can change it to the form you want :P
