  • Where's English Subtitle I No Understand Arabic Recitation About What He Read Holy Read in Salaah So Please Write It Below English Subtitle What Does Means English Words Arabic Translate to English.

  • what is up with the people holding qurans in salat? totally unnecessary.

  • mashallah

  • “And the faithful slaves of the Most Gracious (ALLAH) are those who walk on the Earth in humility and sedateness and when the foolish address them (with bad words) they reply back with mild words of gentleness” [25:63]

  • good recitation

  • best immitation of ali jaber

  • @hbbitube

Some people who criticize don't even know the meaning of the words they read during prayer, and yet are obsessed with correcting other peoples physical mistakes. When you watch Sheikh Afasy read, it is as if he is in his own world. He reads with such concentration and attention to meaning MashAllah. We need to stop parroting on about this and that when in our prayers there are much more important things to attend to.

  • @hbbitube

to focus on worshiping Allah SWT. WE all try our best to educate ourselves and others on the best way to pray in the physical sense, but such vehement debate is not needed. Also, for the people who are criticizing him on where he puts his gaze, it is an opinion of some Maliki's that one is supposed to look in front of them rather than down. We should focus more on our khushoo' - it doesn't matter if our prayer is physically perfect if we have no heart in it.

  • @hbbitube

Brother/sister, please stop deflecting the issue. Everyone tries to pray as best as they can, obviously according to the way our scholars have interpreted the hadith/sunnah of our beloved Prophet PBUH. I believe the person who replied to you did not mean that it in it self was a petty matter, I believe he simply meant for us to focus on the main reason for Salah; getting closer to Allah (SWT). Obviously, the physical part of the prayer is important, but the most important part is

  • this is surah Al-Qalam (surah number 68).

    Quite an awesome recitation mashaAllah!

  • Quite interesting how us Muslims have the amazing ability to argue over EVERYTHING. Please, for the sake of Allah, keep your opinions to yourselves. Only one person needed to point it out.

  • MashaAllah! Good copy of Dr Ali Jaber. Indeed Ali Jaber is the best reciter of all times!

  • I Agree 100% with the brother saying that the sheikh can't just look at the microphone. And for the brother who said that he HAS to look down, my brother it's not fardh upon him and I've tried leading facing my head down but it also shortens your breath. My brother hide your brothers wrong doings and Allah (swt) will hide yours.

  • is there any translation?

  • about the people commenting on where the shaykh's eyes are, please keep in mind that it is not a fardh to keep them focused 'down'... though highly encouraged in hadith... but in this specific example, there is a HUGE microphone set in front of his face and he can't look at black plastic 3 inches from his nose the whole time.

  • when you pray , your eyes should focused on the ground where you will prostrate.

  • @simpleJB Assalamu'alaikum. I have a question for you sir. I'm looking for this answer and say ur comment therefore I would like to ask. What's the definition of khushoo? What was it like when we are in khushoo situation? How do we feel? I'm yearning for this khushoo in solah/salah. Hope to hear from you

  • MASHA'ALLAH <3

  • just like ali jaber, mashallah

  • Beautiful. But Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Basfar remains the most perfect imitator of Sheikh Ali Jabir.

  • There is no hadith that we ve to focus on one point is salah

  • @kashir1924 As Salaam Aalaikum brother, thats not true, you need to learn how our beloved Prophet sallahu alahi wa salaam prayed, he used to fix his sight at the place of Sajdah except when he would sit in tashhhud at that moment he used to look at his tashhahud finger and move it constantly, look at the other vidoes I've posted you'll find a video of Shaykh Abu Ishaq explain the way of moving finger in salah.

  • @hbbitube get over he finger moving thing, first pray, than think about these petty things

  • @simpleJb Firstly, who told you I don't pray? Al Hamdulillah I pray and I try to pray in accordance to the prayer described and prayed by Prophet Muhammed sallahu alahi wa salaam because thats the only salah that would be accepted.

Secondly, how dare you call it a petty thing when it is mentioned in a sahi hadith, you need to learn some basics about Islam to understand how to respect somethihng that has come from hadith.

You sound very kiddish, what is your age?

  • @hbbitube hah me kiddish? are us seriosu what is it with u and insulting ppl, learn to talk with etiquette, i wasnt saying u dont pray i meant tell ppl to pray first, u live in a modern society im sure your aware many people dont pray in da first place. secondly a person canot be held accountable 4 holding finger wrong in salah or where their looking as long as they hav tried their best in findin most appropiate way to pray,

  • @hbbitube

Sorry, I think I will have to agree with simpleJb. It is a bit ridiculous that you are being so critical over such a small point. You call it a 'basic' of faith. Unfortunately, we have people obsessed with such small points. I actually liked the video the video and thought it was well presented. However, I dislike the fact you are using such a good video for your own interests. Inshallah, I am sure you have good intentions bro/sis, but still it is sad that we have such strong

  • @peace4theworld722 This video does not talk about moving finger, I am not using this video to prove anything regarding moving finger, rather simplejb saw my other videos. Again, every hadith is critical, you can't call any action described in hadith a petty thing, Prophet (S.A.W) has said : (SALLU KAMA RA'AYTANEE USALLI) Pray as you have seen me praying. Scholars have been doing research on hadith to establish the authentic way of Prophet's (s.a.w) prayer. So Again, PLEASE LEARN THE BASICS.

  • @hbbitube If the Prophet Muhammad saws would be here at this moment, he would agree with you! The ahadith are clear! And everyone who reads or knows this and doesn´t follow the way of our Prophet Muhammad saws is in wrong way! But the other brothers are right to! We must learn the 'akida! Many muslims argue with each other because of this small things! First 'akida! and than fiqq! And i don´t think that a brother will go to hell because he didn´t move his finger!

  • @hbbitube feelings about the movement of our finger, and yet our brothers are starving to death in Haiti, Africa, Indonesia, Pakistan - all around the world. If we spent more time focusing on these points rather than arguing such small points, we would be in a much better situation.

  • @hbbitube bro there is no point in fighting produce proof about ur interest n u talkin abt sahihi hadith mention which hadith n where

  • @fawaazullakhan

Listen - the deen doesn't revolve around you. Just because you have a lack of knowledge, it doesn't mean people need to prove things to you. 1400 years of scholars are greater than a few jokers. Follow a madhab, not your nafs.

  • @oigeezer Follow the prophet Muhammed SAW no 1 else simple !!!!

  • @Fighting4PEACE97

Exactly, via a madhab as they have collected the sunna into fiqh. Simple.

  • @hbbitube Prophet (s.a.w) sed pray with khushoo, as long as they do that isnhallah they will be fine, and all 4 school of thoughts had supporting hadeeth 4 slightly diff ways of holding finger and where ur hands are placed, none are wrong and neither is it sinful to make mistakes in petty things like where ur hands are whilst u pray. as long as people pray with khushoo and correctly pronounce and do the obvious actions on which ther isnt a diff of opinion they will be fine inshallah

  • @hbbitube different people have different ways of performing salah & it says in the quran you shouldnt dispute about them...i was taught to raise the Tashahud finger when saying Ash hadu Allah Illaha illa Laa when reciting attahiyatu however others constantly raise the tashahud finger which is also correct

  • @hbbitube Any supporting proof or hadith bro?????

  • Mash'Allah

  • when u look @ one spot u can focus, but if u keep moving ur eyes every where u gona lose ur focus, & prefer if u look @ ur sjood spot

  • I've got a question. I'd always heard your eyes should be focused on the spot of your sujood. Is that preferred, or is that required? It seems like the sheikh is staring straight ahead.

  • Yes it is recommended to look at the place of sujjood.. But for an imaam it's very difficult, firstly when you recite, it is difficult to recite well head looking down. Secondly the microphone is also a problem. Anyways, it does not invalidate the salaat so, no need to make it an issue

  • Thanks, somebody else PM'd me and described that it's acceptable. I'd just never seen it before, so I was curious.

  • @madprogrammer2 that is not true. it takes concentration but if yur put your head to it you can do it perfectly. I have seen really emotional recitors do it with perfection

  • experts say islam is GROWING FAST lol. its ok to be jelous...

  • Abdullah Basfar I think is the best 'Ali Jaber Sucessor

  • In my opinion it is Abdullah Matrood but I also love Abdullah Basfars recitations very much, they both resemble Ali Jabir.

  • Matrood is Awesome too.

But sometimes basfar is better it depends on the way he reciting.

  • Yes very true.

May Allah protect the Ummah and make us victorious against the oppressors

  • Amen wa Ameen

  • ameen.

  • Ma Sha allah ... I can see Shk. Ali Jaber -allah Yerhamah- in Meshary al efasi :(

  • is it allowed to hold a kitab during taraweh?

  • Dear abdullahithebest,

Some saied Yes it's allowed for that while other saied No it isn't. and I want to ask Why we have to hold the quran during TARAWEH? Are we not sure from Imam! OR do we think that Imam will have some mitakes and we who will correct to him while we stant far away from him?

so I think there is no secassery for that.

    Regards

  • It's the sunnah ya akhi its been recorded in tha alhadith of our beloved and best example Muhammed S.A.W

  • which hadith was this recorded akhi I would like to read it so that I may share it with others inshallah shukran brother

  • I've heard from the people of knowledge that it isn't correct for those praying behind the Imam to hold the mushaf during the salah and Allah knows best

  • I have heard so as well.

  • shaykh Mishary al-Afasy is a student of both shaykh Ali Jabir and shaykh Muhammad Ayyub and so he can recite like both of them as well as having his own style

  • ? Sheikh Ali Abdallah bin Ali Jaber lived his last days in Jeddah while Afasy is Kuwaiti and for some time studied at the Jamia in Madinah where Sheikh Ali Abdallah didnt teach ... I doubt he was his student .. but then who says that something isnt true only because I dont know of it ...

  • as salaamu alekum when did shekh ali jabir past way? thanks

  • As far as i know it was 2005

  • As Salaam Aalaikum, I've uploaded this video after praying on that night with Mishary so I can tell you the best when it was exactly, this prayer was led by Mishary on 25-Sept-2008

  • Yep no problem i knew that .. Was saying Shaykh Ali Jaber passed away in 2005. Can u confirm that?

  • Could I ask What passage from the Holy Quran he is reading?

  • No worries, thanks alot. Jazakhallah

  • suarh noon, 29th para. its the second surah in 29th para

  • i recommend you watch 'hommage ali jaber' on utube.

  • Subhan'Allah thats sounds just like Ali Jaber rahimullah they shud have mishary as the imam of Makkah it wud be soo awsome if he wer the imam of Makkah and den u hear him recite like this.......Subhan'Allah tears wud drop....

  • mashallah wonderful

  • allahu akbar... may allah have mercy on sheikh ali jaber.. very beutiful masha allah how sheikh mishary recitats close to sheikh ali jaber.

  • this is a very nice recitation, notice that mishary ends some ayat like shuraim.

  • As Salaam Aalaikum Brother, I don't feel the likeness of Shuraim in his recitation but he clearly is copying Ali bin Jabir (may Allah have mercy on him)

  • thats not true shuraim dosent even sound like him and hes not even copying sheikh shuraim

  • Comment removed

  • Shaykh shuraim from time to time gets his tune from shaykh jaber, u can only notice it when u listen to the shaykhs alot. Shaykh sudais gets his tune from shaykh ali jaber clearly when his pitch rises like from 6.14 and shaykh matrood definatly gets his tune from ali jaber ecspecially the smooth flowing pace. Who can blame them he was one great great reciter so unique in his time.

  • yes sheikh juhany does it often.

  • i reccomand u watch 'hommage Ali Jaber' on utube. halfway shaiks recitation starts and this reciation has the most resemblance with shuraim that i've heard of.

  • al afasy said in a programme once that he always liked ali jaber and muhammed ayub's voices

  • mashallah!!!

    beautiful!!

    5*****

  • Beautiful Mashallah!

  • I heard Mishary Alafasy said Ali Jaber was one of the best reciters in his time

  • i never knew about Ali Jaber but i saw some videos of him and heard his recitations, mash'Allah beautiful

maybe Alafasy listened to Ali Jaber when he was younger?

  • well noticed =) !

  • masha Allah Very Close, but he is mixing mudrood and Ali Jabir

  • Do you mean Matrood? How do you know he is doing Matrood?
